I absolutely loved my experience here , had a great tech , she was only concerned about me and how I was . Took extra time on going over my feet to make sure they were perfect! Without me asking .. I would have giving 5 stars but I’m still waiting for a pedicure place that has a soothing spa like environment, waterfall, plants, soothing music ..etc but it was a good day here

The owner is rude and inpatient , she told me to hurry up pick a color because she had other customers who were walk ins waiting, I was an appointment at that, it’s a hit or miss here, prices are high for nothing because they really do sloppy work & then I called to see if they can do a mani and pedi and was very clear about the specifics and she still had me waiting after my pedi was done because she got it wrong on the phone, at that point I left after just paying for my pedi and will give my business to other local nail places who appreciate their customers.

My wife and my sister went there spend about $100 on manicure gel would never recommend this place to anybody it felt like the person was practicing on them I can see excessive nail polish and gel on my fingers avoid this place and don’t waste your money & time a week later my wife got cuticle infection. They must be not cleaning their equipment.

Never went to a place that charges extra for callous removal. Also when she took the toe dividers off she put them back into her draw.

I moved to the area 4 months ago. My previous nail salon is an hour away so I wanted to look for something in the area. While I was doing some shopping I stumbled upon this salon. When I walked in for my appointment I was so excited because it had been about 6 months since I've been. I have a pedicure and full set appointment. Everything was going well until we started getting closer to the end of my appointment. My technician goes to wrap the towel around my calve and realized I have a very big calve. I'm aware it is challenging but never in my life has someone made me feel so terrible about my weight. She looked at her daughter and started laughing and talking under her breath while pointing at my leg. It does end there though. As I'm getting the gel polish out on, the tech proceeds to use the same UV light every other client is using on my toes. Her daughter starts raising her voice telling her to get a different light. She scurries off and gets a light with a metal bottom as to tell me I was going to crush the other one with my foot. This mother daughter duo is incredibly rude. The full set nail tech was nice and my finger nails came out beautiful. However, I will never return to that salon.

Absolute horrible experience. Called for an appointment and they didn't do what I called and asked for. If you are understaffed why would you take walk ins? Instead of accommodating people who make appointments you rush them and are rude to them instead. On top of that they did such a mediocre pedicure and manicure. Never again. Didn't bother tipping. Avoid this place it has low reviews for a reason.

I was charged $35 for a polish change, I thought that was high but didn’t say anything and when I left I when online and saw that it should have been $10 and the lady was very rude! I will not be going back there

Next time I get a pedicure I will use Vivian. She gave the guy next to me the BEST foot massage I have ever seen.

Little tip to the workers... why don't you speak up and quit mumbling under your breath or to your coworkers when you're mocking your customers? Not a single person here is friendly. Very standoffish and not helpful too. Plain rude.

I am Very transparent and truthful individual.Sometime when you go into the nail shops they're not very welcoming especially if you don't know exactly what you want I don't think they purposely do it I think sometimes they just don't know how to engage and conversation especially of different backgrounds so it can seem very unfriendly but Cherry nails was very accommodating and also very hospitable that goes a long way with me as a pastor of a church and also ethnic diversity.Ty 4 reading.I didn't mind tipping generously with good services.Thank you Cherry nailsI'll be back!!!
