“I'm glad places like this exist to help people, I've just not personally received any help from them. I have scheduled a pickup for donations; a truck came, picked up all the clothing I had for donation. The guys who came were on time & very polite. On the downside scheduling a pickup takes a while, my experience was about a month and a half wait, however the fact that they came to me negates that, really how could I complain?!? They were great!!”
