A little late to give this review but after having a follow-up inspection after our purchase here I wanted to say how grateful I am to FINALLY have a great and reliable vehicle for our family! Josh was very attentive to our needs and concerns. This was honestly like the 15th lot we visited! He went above and beyond for us. I know we werent the easiest of customers working within our budget and time amd wanting all the bells qnd whistles but Josh had the patience of a saint!Thank you so much!

Came to this dealer to meet with Derek to test drive two cars. From the time I setup a test drive everything went smoothly and he wasn’t breathing down my neck. He made this process( that no one likes!) easy and comfortable. After loving one of the cars I drove, I took the next steps which would be financing. I then had the pleasure of working with Darruda. Let me start this part by saying I’m re-building my credit, so I was anxious to say the least. Not once did Darruda make me feel bad or uncomfortable about my credit score or anything else. He went to bat for me today and I appreciate that. The DD team (Derek & Darruda) were personable and just all around easy to work with. If and when I need a new car(hopefully) not for another 10 years. I will come back to this dealership.Kasie K.

First off, probably like most, I do not look forward to going to a dealership for a vehicle purchase but...I was searching for months for a truck, with the crazy prices of vehicles and limited inventory it wasn't easy. I was driving by one day and spotted they had the truck I was looking for out front. Going in blind to the sales floor to any random salesman I will say, my experience here was one of the most pleasant out of all my dealership experiences. From the salesman, sales manager and finance manager I will say they were great. No pressure, easy going and made the deal work for me.Fast forward a few months I came back for the trucks first service. Scheduling was very easy online, the service department members were good to deal with and the service prices were fairly reasonable.This is how a dealership should handle business from sales to service because of that, they will have returning business from me. Appreciate a well run business with friendly staff.

We were visiting the New England area for the 1st time and the rental company gave us a freaking electric car. We had no experience with an EV so we were already unhappy. When it came time to charge it we spent the entire morning trying to change the car with no luck. We finally called Chevrolet and they suggested we find a dealership. We found this one and they were incredibly helpful and let us charge the cat for a few hours so we could get it charged up enough to make it back to Boston and swap for a real vehicle! Thank you so much Forest, you guys are life savers!

Fantastic experience with a family-like feel.I had the pleasure of working with Dave and Dewey on the purchase of my vehicle and would return for future business.Dave took care of the sales side, accommodating a later test drive appointment on a Friday night, shortly before the sales floor closed. He also expedited the process of getting the deal done to ensure I only had to make one more trip down to do all the paperwork, registration, plates, insurance, financing, and inspection. They even put new tires on the vehicle without me asking!Dewey, the manager of Colonial South Chevrolet, was friendly and accommodating. He laid out all options for me on this vehicle, was respectful of my choices, and did not pressure me to purchase any warranties but did do a great job explaining the benefits to them and the risk of not moving forward with them.He runs a great dealership; his team provides a first-class customer experience with a comfortable waiting room and bottled water to keep customers refreshed.This is a great dealership and I recommend it to anyone looking for a positive experience when buying their next car!Thank you, Dave, Dewey, and the entire Colonial South Chevrolet Team!

Had to get sway bars and barons done on my car. They are always a great team, from Fred the service manager, and service techs, Margie, Steve, and Ford, all the way down to my shuttle driver Bernice, so sweet! They are always trying to help me any way they can to make my experience better.

Unbelievably group of gentlemen I dealt withI showed up on Saturday salesman Anthony was great very knowledgeable Duarte Arruda in finance and Anthony closed the dealership at 5 and stood there until 6pm Peter was always very polite and helpful but best of all was the delivery man Howard 77 years old delivered vehicle to Connecticut for meAs a group these 4 gentleman couldn’t be any better they really came through for meThanks again

After a horrific experience at another local dealership which ended in returning the vehicle (LEMON) they sold us, we saw a vehicle of interest at Colonial. Our salesman Derek was nothing short of fantastic- extenuating circumstances required me to put the deal together for my daughter via phone. The Colonial team was straightforward, honest and went above and beyond for us. Less than 48 hours post inquiry, the vehicle is in my driveway. Honestly, top notch service and I won’t be going elsewhere for future purchases. Dewy was amazing- what an asset to this dealership. He is upfront and honest- treats his customers the way you would want your family member treated. Do not hesitate to shop here, you won’t be disappointed!!

I went to Colonial South Chevrolet in Dartmouth about a week ago to look into trading in my 2003 Corvette and purchase a newer Corvette. I brought my title (not the car) Salesperson was great and accommodating. They offered me $13,000 in trade on a 2016 Corvette Z06. With that low trade in, I decided to sell my car on my own. While in the process of selling my car I went back to the dealer because I began to consider purchasing a used C8 Corvette as apposed to a C7 Z06. I have never driven a C8 so while there requested a test drive of a C8 to determine if a C7 Z06 or a low mileage C8 was a better fit. I spoke to my Salesperson and made the request. He stated that he had to clear it with his manager. Upon his return I was told that it is corporate policy to not offer a test drive on high performance vehicles. I asked "How I was suppose to decide without even driving one?" The Salesperson again cited corporate policy and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I declined. If they don't wish to sell me a vehicle, that is OK. There are plenty of Chevrolet dealers withing an hour of me. I will never consider doing business there again.

I just bought a 2021 F-150 from Colonial South Chevrolet. Carlos and Duarte are both awesome guys and they made my truck buying experience easy and pleasant. I was able to get a very fair deal on both my new truck and my trade-in. My truck (used) was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure, and all in all an experience that I can 100% recommend!

Where to begin, Tony, Keith and Duarte were the most amazing people I have ever met! I bought my last vehicle at this location and I had a very great customer service by all. But this time was different, I went in with a broken down car, a car I was spending way to much on to repair. Tony was absolutely so understanding of my situation, showed me multiple cars and nothing was hitting me with open heart until I laid my eyes on a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. It was like love at first sight. Once I pointed it out to Tony he instantly went to work. He was so honest with me and literally the sweetest most honest person in the world. From there it went to Keith. Keith was an angel that saw my face and read it all. He knew I was in love with that car and I absolutely wanted nothing more. He did literally everything in his power to get me approved for this car. At first I wasn’t going to make it but then he went back in and did a miracle for me and then I was instantly approved for the car of my dream! I couldn’t hug him enough, thank him enough, feel as blessed as I could possibly be! There will never be enough words of gratitude for this. Being a single mom, and working hard for my pay to support my son, he saw my struggle instantly. He was so honest, so caring, so loving and so understanding that this was the car I wanted more than anything. From there I went to sign paperwork with Duarte. I’ve worked with Duarte before with my old car and he was so understanding and helped me out so much, this time was also different. He went above and beyond for me! He added features to my car that I can def not even consider paying for. I felt like he took me in like the father I never had and helped me through this process as smooth as possible once again.There are salesman’s who are there honestly not to give a sh*% (excuse my language) about you. They just want your money and their commission and they could care less what you end up with or what your payments will be, etc etc. But no, no, no. I know it’s hard to believe me but these three man weren’t there for that. They were honestly there for MY BEST INTEREST. They were there to help me, to guide me, to make sure that after all said and done I was happy with what I signing. These three have a heart, a pure heart. They care about you as person, but just a number to their log book. They treat you like family. And I know it’s hard to believe but if you are looking for a car I recommend this team. I promise you. You won’t be disappointed.I still continue to not have words enough to thank these three, and nothing I can do or say will show all the gratitude I have for these three man that helped me. All I can say is God bless you all from the bottom of heart. And I will forever recommend them to anyone!
