The lines for the pharmacy in this place make Disney and TSA seem like a joke.
**********UPDATE - 03/13/2025************
I just witnessed the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever seen at any business.
There was an older female customer, who apparently spoke only Portuguese, who requested a Portuguese-speaking employee. The large, dark-haired pharmacy technician turned towards the woman and yelled out loud in a very aggressive manner, while pointing directly at her, “You’re just going to have to take a seat!”, (in English no less).
Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, she apparently had a dispute with the pharmacist on how to process orders and yelled at her, “Will you just stop!”, for the whole pharmacy to hear. The pharmacist no less!!!!
Finally, the petulant tech stormed off saying, “I’ve got to walk away!”, and headed to a back room while knocking over product that her coworkers had to clean up.
I was thoroughly disgusted with what I witnessed tonight. I asked one of her coworkers for her name, but they covered for her and declined to give it to me. She’s lucky because I was planning on reporting her to corporate. I only wish that I had captured the entire disgraceful spectacle on camera.

They fill what I don't need and never fill the meds i actually need. You can never speak to anyone and when you do they are rude

Why tell me “if I want to wait my prescription will be ready in 15-20 minutes “ just to close for break after those 20 minutes I just wasted sitting around? I’m alset with this place

Such rude unprofessional staff in the pharmacy. You can hear the pharmacist trash talking other employees and customers. The lady running the register for picking up prescriptions was just super rude to an older man that clearly spoke Portuguese and didn’t understand her.

The worst Pharmacy experience I ever had in my 65 years. I am a RN and would never have treated my patients like the Pharmacist did to me on 1/8/24 at 815am.
She was rude, disrespectful, uncaring, cynical of my lost prescription. After a verbal altercation, corporate involvement, USPS information , the problem was resolved and I was given the prescription without an apology or a kind word. She should not be allowed to interact with the public. What a shame on herself.

I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. The lines are always long, and there never seem to be enough workers to handle the demand. It takes way too long to get service, and the overall experience is disappointing. They need to staff up and manage the workflow better.

I have lost count of all the issues I’ve had at this location. It’s the closest CVS to my house, but I will drive further to avoid all the headaches. Either they tell you your script is ready and when you show up it isn’t, or they talk to you like you’re a moron, as if their mistakes are your fault. Not to mention, they are very rude whenever you call and then try to rush you off the phone while you’re still speaking. I highly recommend using another location!

Pharmacy staff work like they are on vacation. No matter what day or time I come there is always a line down the aisle and I'm in there for at least 15 minutes just waiting. Today I sat in line for over 15 minutes and when I got to the register I had to tell the Pharmacy staff my name and dob 4 times before she actually listened and put it in correctly. By the time I was done and paid the line had grown to almost the front of the store. I will be switching Pharmacies as this does not happen at any other Pharmacy I've been to. Any time I call to check on a prescription the pharmacy staff are rude on the phone as well. My psychiatrist has had to call them 3 times before because they either try to fill a script for something that's been discontinued or they have messed up my prescription. Do better!

Came to get my flu shot but the lazy pharmacy tech told me to come another day. I made an appointment for another cvs without any issues. For the record I could have made an appointment the time I went she just wasn’t in the mood. Change your job!

I’ve always liked the staff and the pharmacy staff here. There down to earth and it’s a peace atmosphere and if it isn’t you would never know. And I’m just used of where everything is and I make food extra bucks and I’m whole it’s a great place

The pharmacy staff comes back from their lunch 6 minutes late with 9 people lined up waiting for prescriptions.No apology and no explanation as they walk in past everyone and then continue to talk and laugh w each other while we all watch in disbelief.Find a different pharmacy!
