Was in a real bad spot emotionally and physically. Dartmouth Towing’s Gabe promptly arrived and everything was better and we got to our original destination with peace of mind. Safe travels and a long happy marriage Gabe!

Horrible! No set prices, so whatever they feel charging is what you pay. Rude lady in the office. Not allowed to wait inside regardless of the weather. Cash only, which is difficult considering they demand over $730 for just across town. They don't even let you see the car until you pay in full.

This company is awful and should be avoided at all costs. They didn’t perform the repair on time and the rude lady in the office wouldn’t answer my phone calls and talk to me in person. I eventually had to steal my own vehicle back from them and take it some place else to be repaired. The blonde lady in the office is the rudest person I have ever met in my life.If I could give them zero stars I would.Do not call them for any reason!

This is a warning to avoid this company at all costs. I don’t even know where to begin. I will save the long drawn out story and break it down; the owner/office woman is hostile, and downright degrading. She will insult you and then hang up on you while your property is in limbo behind her fence or on the highway. After agreeing to, then completely dismissing to perform a minor fix on my trailer for 2 weeks with no answer, I finally picked up the parts and pulled it out myself. I fixed it on the side of the highway in 20 minutes. It was a 6 hour drive. They damaged my property in the yard as well, but I was so excited to put Dartmouth towing in my rear view that I didn’t even bring it up.This is a friendly warning to any potential customers of Dartmouth towing - do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. There are many options for alternative services in the surrounding area. There is no need to put yourself through the hell that is Dartmouth Towing

Dear Gabe,I did not have a chance to thank you last Wednesday for going out of your way to help my wife Betsy and I when we were in such difficulty. We had a mishap when we had our travel trailer lurch off I-195 westbound on the Marion/Mattapoisett line. You were driving by and saw we were in trouble. You then pulled your tow truck over, backed way up to us and then you did more than could be expected, especially in this day and age.Yes you are a tow truck driver but you went way beyond that to help us. You helped calm my wife as I was having a vertigo attack, spoke to the Good Sam representative for us after we couldn't understand him, crawled under our trailer to see if we had blown out the tires on the right side which was up against bushes and trees. After a brief discussion we decided to forget the Good Sam program because we needed help right then. You expertly pulled the trailer and then the truck sideways to get it away from the trees and bushes, then you drove the rig up from the ditch on to the brake-down lane. You helped get me back in to the truck where the a/c was on as it was over 85 degrees outside and waited a few minutes to make sure we would be ok before you continued on to another call that you had been responding to when you first saw us.We were extremely lucky that we were not hurt, the truck and trailer had very little damage and that you happened by but more than that, you were such a big help with a calming approach. You truly are a caring person and your employer if very fortunate to have you as their representative.

This place is terrible. Delayed over a week to be able to release my property. The owner, the blonde, was rude and unprofessional. Place is a scam, I would recommend anywhere else if you need a tow.Service: Motorcycle towing

We’ve used Dartmouth towing a few times for our vehicles and they’ve always been prompt and very pleasant to work with. You can also make appointments for inspections at their shop. We highly recommend them if you are in need of towing or an inspection. A great place!

Title: Horrendous Experience with Dartmouth TowingI recently had the misfortune of dealing with Dartmouth Towing, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, their service was characterized by delays, unprofessionalism, and outright rudeness. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company, as they are far from reliable or customer-oriented.First and foremost, the issue that stood out the most was their constant delay in providing the towing service. We had paid in advance for the service, expecting prompt assistance, but Dartmouth Towing kept pushing back the date without any valid reason. This caused us significant inconvenience, as we were left without a functioning vehicle for an extended period, negatively impacting our daily lives and commitments.Furthermore, the lady in charge, whose name I unfortunately do not know, was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout our interactions. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only did she display a complete lack of empathy for our situation, but she also refused to accept payment by cash or card, insisting on a personal check. This was highly inconvenient and unnecessary, especially considering that most businesses nowadays offer multiple payment options to accommodate their customers' preferences. To make matters worse, I must express my utter dismay at the racial discrimination we encountered during our dealings with Dartmouth Towing. The lady in charge made several derogatory comments and exhibited discriminatory behavior towards us, solely based on our ethnicity. Such blatant racism is absolutely unacceptable and has no place in any professional setting. It is disheartening to think that in this day and age, there are still individuals and companies that engage in such disgraceful conduct. To add insult to injury, the delays and the unprofessionalism of Dartmouth Towing resulted in financial losses for us. We had to incur additional expenses and endure the inconvenience of alternative arrangements due to their inability to provide the service as promised. This is an unacceptable breach of trust, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the way this company conducts its business. In conclusion, my experience with Dartmouth Towing was nothing short of a nightmare. The constant delays, the rude and unhelpful attitude of the lady in charge, the insistence on personal checks, and the racist behavior all contributed to an utterly horrendous encounter. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and customer-focused towing company. Dartmouth Towing has proven itself to be unworthy of trust and undeserving of anyone's hard-earned money.

Let me begin with how unpleasant, rude, unapproachable and miserable the blonde woman in the front office is. I got my Harley towed from them yesterday at 6:02pm (as said ony reciept and less then 2 miles). I go and pick my Harley up today at around 10:00am and even though it wasn't 48 hours (mind you it wasn't even 24 hours) the blonde lady in the office charged me for 2 days! $270!!! That's not even the kicker... I go to start the bike and it doesn't start, they left my bike on ALL. NIGHT. LONG. SO MY BATTERY WAS DEAD!!! The "technician" who tend to me said "oh, I just found out this was here" which was incredibly professional. To top that idiot mistake off we asked for jumper cables and the young "auto technician" came back and said "I don't have any cables" didn't even apologize either. Really? A whole entire tow yard and car shop doesn't have not even one set of jumper cables? Tried getting it started by pushing it downhill but needless to say had to then drive and buy cables to jump the battery. Complete disgusting experience not to mention the people who work and represent this establishment.
