Was looking for an action figure called dragon bell for my nephew's Xmas present. They didn't have it in stock. But told me to try Toy Vault.@ Dartmouth Mall. They did have it. Thank you GameStop!

Amanda is always on point. Not only does she provide great customer service to us ALWAYS, but she also knows her stuff. She’s the only reason why we continue to go to the Dartmouth store, if she’s not there, we leave and come back when she is (unless it’s for a preorder) because the last two store managers since Marie left are less than mediocre.

the survey website wasn’t working, so here i am! we walked in and were greeted right away. shy and amanda were the sweetest souls! constantly checking on us, talking to us like we knew them, and making sure we were finding everything okay. great customer service all around!! :)

NEVER PRE-ORDERING HERE AGAIN!I Pre-ordered Atomic Heart. I go in to get it they give me ps5 version, which it's clear as day on my receipt Xbox. Come to find out they didn't have my pre-order in stock. What's the sense of pre-ordering if you won't have it in stock? The employee that was working kept on people about joining the game stop reward program. Neither the people in front of me nor even I asked for information. Ridiculous!

Weird and rude female employee.. Walked in with my 11 yr old son and Brought in my his old Xbox one and upfront I explained the fairhaven GameStop told me I would get $30 for damaged Xbox or store credit. She still had an attitude and snarky questions “would you wanna buy this Xbox?” No like I said came in for the $30 or store credit. She acted as if the $30 was coming out of her paycheck lol what a joke! How about you just do your job and stop being so extra? She even complained about the controller not having the battery pack but when we left my son reminded me it never came with a battery pack and it only came with AA batteries. I left and stopped by games for gold and they POLITELY apologized for not being able to take the Xbox. I ended up going back to Fairhaven and dealt with such a sweet and professional employee, he even offered $20 extra in store credit! Watch out going to Dartmouth location with your kids very unprofessional and strange!

Went into the store today found a game I absolutely wanted noticed something off Dying light 2 NEW was $29.99.A pre-owned copy was $37.99I went to the register to ask the cashier working named Amanda if she knew why this was this way it was she told me she just works here to call customer service so I called customer service waited 12 minutes and hung up called Fall River location and spoke with Dave and he was super helpful and had the knowledge to help me. Very disappointed in the Dartmouth location very bad customer service and knowledge about products.

I grew up buying things from this game stop my dad would always bring me after school and have a friendly chat with the workers, I recently went with him today ( I’m 17 now ) and it felt like I was still a little kid the worker was super nice and we had a great experience.
