About Great Clips
Great Clips offers a generally positive experience for haircuts, with many customers praising the friendly staff and skilled stylists. One stylist, Krystle, received multiple mentions for her kindness and ability to make young children feel comfortable during their haircuts. Customers appreciate the convenience of having their haircut saved in a profile for consistency. However, there are some complaints about long wait times and poor service, particularly when appointments are not honored. Despite this, many loyal customers express confidence in returning for future visits, valuing the overall quality of the haircuts.
