I go there all the time and want to buy everything in the whole store at this point the only bad thing is the price for everything but I understand why that place is heaven.

Asked if they had a pair of pants in a size 14, worker looked me dead in the eyes and said "we don't carry plus sizes in-store, go online". I know this isn't the worker's fault, but in what world is a women's size 14 a plus size and why would they not carry them in-store? 68% of women wear pants sized 14 or above.

Love Hot Topic, it’s cozy and nostalgic to me. Went there the other day, and had a lovely visit, thanks to the help of Spencer who really went above and beyond with customer service! They let us know all the sales going on, which helped us make our picks! Great place!

Went to hot topic today with. My daughter. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also talk about the way they dressed, absolutely loved it! One girl was dressed in all black with wing eyes and super tall, helped us around store, went above for my daughter. Then another employee with pink hair chatted my daughter up a storm like they were best friends! Definitely love this particular location, always feel welcomed and never leave disappointed!Thank you!

Sincw my middle achool days, hot topic has always been one of my favorite places to shop. That has not changed now that i am an adult. It brings back great memories going there and has plenty for my dark adult sense of humor. A must visit everytime i go to the Dartmouth mall.
