Jay was so kind and helpful! He really was easy to get in contact with and made the process for me easy. I went in with my 1 year old and even feeling like it would be a hassle with a child it was honestly smooth sailing. Thanks Jay!

Jay Petroni was so helpful, caring and understanding. He hooked me up with a Hyundai Kona, low mileage in great condition. His professionalism is superb the atmosphere he creates makes you feel good. He makes sure that you understand everything so when you leave there is no confusion. Im just eternally greatful? ?. Bravo ?

I’m not here to bash anyone in particular, but I am here to leave my experience of what happened when I went to look at cars. First off let me say that my credit isn’t stellar. I arrived with everything they ask me to bring. Proof of income, proof of address and my drivers license, for myself and my co-signer. I was then asked for my landlords phone number and right then and there asked to see what cars I was being offered and Brian rattled off roughly 5 cars. I asked if we could go outside to see them and he said (and I quote) “We don’t like to let people see the cars before they see our finance department because we don’t want them to get excited in case they aren’t approved”. So I’m guessing test driving anything was out of the question as well. I asked about me pulling car fax at my expense and he said that they did something similar to car fax and left it at that. At that point we had been sitting there for about 5 minutes Brian told me I’d have to put $1000 down and payments would be $500 a month. How did he come up with that before I even picked a car out?! We got up and left. I’ve financed cars in my lifetime, I’ve bought cars outright and I’ve never been told I wasn’t able to see the cars before I saw the financing department. That doesn’t make sense. Why would I let someone run my credit (again bc Jay had already run my credit) before I even know what car I’m going to be purchasing. Just be aware, the $99 down or even zero down is false advertising. Read the fine print (there is none), ask questions, stick up for yourself. This whole 5 minute scenario raised big red flags for me. At this point it worries me that they have my financial information, my co-signers information, my landlords name (thank god i didn’t give his phone number). It’s worrisome too think of the condition of the 5 cars I’d have been offered AFTER being approved. I was even giving them a chance after reading the horrible reviews on the BBB website. Thankfully I’m not a pushover, and I’m not desperate. Please stay clear of this place. The website makes them sound like an absolute dream. They will put you in a car that has over 100,000 miles on it (I forget which car Brian had mentioned, but it was over 100,000 miles) and you’ll most likely have problems well after the warranty runs out and you’ll still be paying for the car. Do research, look on the BBB website, and LOOK AROUND. There are better places that offer financing to people with less than stellar credit, I promise you that. I found a place that same day. I was able to test drive cars before even running my credit. I’d hate to see someone that doesn’t have experience with these types of places and are desperate for a car get blindsided by Jay and Brian. I emailed Jay this morning to let him know I’d be leaving a review of my experience. These are facts, this was our experience. Good luck in your search for cars. There’s a place 1/2 mile up there street at the set of lights that will treat you well. As I end this review, I will say I have proof of being told I couldn’t see the cars before hand, and leave it at that. One last thing, if you sort the google reviews you’ll see 141 reviews were made by the dealer, it’ll say “by JD Byrider” all 5 stars- that’s one more red flag.

They lie you go there they want more money down and the cars they have on their lot are from banks out of house financing. This should not be considered a buy here pay here dealership . Brian was nice and easy to talk to but false advertising.

I won't even give them a star but in order to leave this review I had to leave them one star the salesman Brian is rude I left there after her fought with me over my credit report . I will never go there again or refer anyne to them. I don't think that any sales person who is NOT in the finance department has a right to fight with a customer over past credit issues he swore at me so I left . His Manager didn't even care

Everything went very smooth. They were even able to provide and insurance representative who found a better rate foe the car than I could! No pain from start to finish no matter how nervous you may be.
