I visited the store with my daughter to get her some Uggs and was not greeted or helped for the first few minutes at all.
All the employees were crouching on there phones and talking to each other and when I had to ask them for help they acted like I was interrupting them! I left and when I walked by again later they were all on their phones again and not assisting a single customer!!!!

Sam was so incredibly helpful amidst the back to school hectic-ness. They helped me with all my Insistent questions (sorry!!), and their positive attitude made a stressful situation infinitely better. I went into this locations about a week ago and I can’t express enough how AMAZING the store manager was! I went in there with my daughter who has the worst time finding shoes that fit her. We went in wanting to try on converse but she didn’t like those so he went in the back and grabbed every shoe possible that he thought might work without us even asking him to do that. He was very patient. I would highly recommend this location!!

Went yesterday to buy the shoes my daughter wanted that we had seen in the store two days beforehand. When we entered the store we went to the boys section because it was the pair she wanted. A male worker came to us and told us that these are for boys and the girls or on the other side and that he tells everyone that not just us. Needless to say we left immediately without buying the shoes. I will never step foot back in that store ever again. Hiring ignorant people hurts you in the long run. We buy guys shoes because we have block feet not girly slender feet! Absolutely disgusting

Went to this location and they were down to their last white vans and I noticed a stain on them and asked if they would give some sort of discount or clean them since their was a stain and the worker went to speak to his manager and came back and he said the manager can’t offer anything ?Why still sell them then?Last minute needed them so had no choice but can’t seem to get the stain outWow is all I can say ??♂️

Jakob is the best!! Definitely restored our faith in humanity! Journeys is definitely the spot to buy Vans, They go above and beyond for their customers unlike the Vans stores! Not the first time they’ve gone above and beyond for my vans loving daughter
