First and last time I'm not sure if they didn't understand but they did what they wanted not what you said and even changed nail color that I picked. So not worth what I paid

Guy drilled through my nail and cut my fingers because he was talking on the phone not paying attention

The pedicure wasn’t a good quality. I had to smooth the corners of the nails when I got home and the heels were not smooth. They did it quickly and charged $52 for a regular pedicure.
