Walked in and the lady was to busy chatting to help us. Once we finally had someone come over to help (that was dressed like he was the maintenance guy) we explained we needed to setup tux rental for our wedding. Lady then got all cocky and rude from across the store and said "that takes to long make an appointment and you can come back" Was extremely rude how she said it and didnt even try to setup an appointment with us. Will take our 5 tux rentals somewhere else. Some people don't belong in customer facing roles.

I have used Men's Wearhouse a few times over the years at more than one location and have always been pleased with their selection and service. The staff there are very polite, friendly, professional and really know their stuff. This particular visit I was in need of some alterations on 2 suits and a sport jacket that I had purchased at one of their other locations and also needed them all pressed. Andrew at the Dartmouth Mall store helped me and was AWESOME. I will most certainly be back to purchase some other garments. I really DO like the way I look in my suits.

I went in and Andrew was great . I am a big guy and I needed a suit for a funeral in 4 days . Andrew went above and beyond to get me the right suit at an amazing price and then I was told they'd be able to alter the suit and have it ready in 2 days . I read some of the reviews here they weren't all too good . Maybe they've changed help or whatever . All I know is the service the price and customer assistance were exceptional.

My husband needed a tux for our daughters wedding. There was a small issue but we talked to Ted , the Manager, who was very understanding. He went above and beyond to make things right.

I made an appointment the day before to get help picking out an outfit for a conference. The salesperson was not having a good day and was going back and forth with another customer when I got there. He actually launched into a rage at me because I couldn’t tell him right away what I was looking for. I made the appointment because I wasn’t sure if I wanted a suit or a two piece. Honestly I’ve NEVER been treated so rudely. I’ll never go back.

Bought shoes here 3 months ago and they are following apart. Unfortunately men’s warehouse won’t back their products. Going have to go else where for all my shoe and suit needs moving forward

Bad attitude and inappropriate questioning .From one of the two that questioned me, " oh your only here to get sized? Are you not planning to buy from us?". The second and one that sized me, " oh your just here to get sized? You don't plan on buying from us. "Little did they know I was planning on purchasing there after getting measured.

Sooooo bad in Dartmouth spent time went over prices literally went to purchase entire suit piece by piece and he doubled the cost and said we don't carry anything from the sale sign it would take at least 3-5 business days to get it in I just SMH like what a waist misleading company

I was shopping at the Mens Wearhouse at the Dartmouth Mall on 8/01/2023. I Was there with a friend who needed a suit ASAP.He was from the Cape and the funneral was in 2 days. The salesman Shay came over to assist us and pointed us into the direction to look then he told us to let him know when we needed him he was going to sit down. My comment was stay here we needed help.. My friend bought a jacket,pants, shirt, tie,pocket square.I asked if the pants could get hemmed today. I got a song and dance, I was told, the tailor would not have time. I understand that, I am a retired tailor i know how it works, I also prided myself on Customer Service. not untill my friend said it was for a funneral did he even bother to ask the tailor. The pants got hemmed but the shirt could not be pressed, we settled for the pant hem.I asked for a sean ripper so I could open the pockets and the tags off and the vents opened.When I worked in retail, the salesmen opened the pockets, took the tags off and steamed the shirts when the tailor was busy. I worked for several different stores, and one of them were Jos A Banks in Mashpee, down the Cape, Mens Wearhouse owns Jos A Banks, I was shopping at another Jos A Banks in RI and their customer service was so much better than this Mens Warehouse.Its so sad that in this particular store I found the Customer Service of this Salesman to be non existence. I take my customers shopping on a regular basis.This store would no longer be on my list of stores to visit especially when there are so few stores with inventory to try on. My customer left content he had a suit, but his experience could be so much more, Your salesman would not have made a sale if it wasnt for me doing all the work. SO SAD.

I'd suggest calling before going just to check if anyone is there. Doors were locked at 10:10am. Tried calling, no answer. Considering I drove 30 minutes for the doors to be locked, I'm quite disappointed.

Awful experience don't ever go there, when ordering my fiancé suit we explained we wanted his vest different then the groomsmen, nope they gave them all the same vest, Then they never emailed my sons to tell them there suits were in, so they called and went there to get them. Both my sons jackets were to small. My wedding is on Saturday. I had to reorder there jackets and I pray to god they are in by the wedding. i don't know who's doing the measurements over there but they need to be retrained. These suits cost 250$ to rent and I am beside myself that I'm dealing with this 3 days before my wedding.

Lots of reviews on here about pushy salesmen, my experience was that the staff here knows what they're talking about and is perfectly up front and honest with you in picking your suit for your occasion which is exactly what I want in a place like this!
