My husband initially found the vehicle and spoke with Al, who is Mike’s father. From the very first conversation, Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband brought me back to the dealership to see the car in person, and that’s when I met Mike, Al’s son. Mike was equally welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the test drive.
When we returned on Monday to finalize everything, Al went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. He handled all of the financing details with the bank, clearly explained every step, and ensured that everything was set up properly. What really stood out to me was how much Al cared about helping us—not just making a sale. He even took the time to find me a better insurance rate, which had no impact on his commission, simply because he wanted to save me money. That kind of honesty and effort is rare these days.
The entire experience was stress-free, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. Both Al and Mike treated us with respect and genuine kindness. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and integrity they showed throughout the process. Because of them, I not only drove away in a great car but also with complete confidence in my purchase.

Best dealership experience I've ever had! This family operated business treated me so well and they we're honest about the whole process the whole way through. It took me awhile to find decent full coverage and they not only showed patience but assisted and helped me out finding affordable full coverage. I just can't say enough about this place. The father Mike TOOK ME FOR 10K for a Chrysler T&C. When trying to locate the dad I went to the son just to ask where Dad is to only get threatened bye police being called. So the son knows of the father's doings and supports it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY I PROMISE THE ABSOLUTE WORST WHEN BUYING CARS. THE SON JUST CHANGED THE NAME OR MOVED HIS BUSINESS. DON'T BUT ANYTHING FROM MIKES OR ANYTHING PREVIOUSLY OF MIKE'S 1 AND 2. DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THE GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE PLEASE!!!!!

Recently purchased 2012 nissan murano which is beautiful and had a nice experience with AL. But this car has had check engine light on twice in 2 weeks of purchasing it not looking good.

Very pleasant car buying experience. He acted as a customer advocate with transparency towards financing. Provided additional info from 3rd parties to help in making the most of our new car purchase. Each car we started ran clean (which has not been the experience with many other car lots) goes to show they have pride in what they sell. Would definitely recommend!
