“I have ordered plants online from Avant Gardens several times this year and every shipment has exceeded my expectations. The plants have all been healthy and in wonderful condition. They have also been expertly packed. Avant offers some unusual, hard to find plants as well as the familiar stalwarts. I very highly recommend them!”

“This was a very nice place. All the plants were very healthy. I bought two large mums and two medium mums. Two planter pots. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the cutest little kitten just resting by the register. I will definitely go back there.”

“The best nursery for serious horticulturalists in eastern mass, and especially notable for native plants and straight species. If you want it, they have it or they can get it. Easy to navigate and welcoming to the general public even though it is more designed for wholesale and landscapers. As with any nursery, it’s important for buyers to pick the right plant for the right site, do adequate site prep, and consult professionals for advice (this includes the folks at the front desk who are more than happy to provide tips).”
