I bought a pair of waterproof work boots there for my son. Paid 200 dollars for them. They only lasted 7 months. They are leaking water now my feet are all wet and now I have a foot fungus. They are falling apart. I think for that price they should last more than 7 months. I won't be coming back.

Eric worked with my boyfriend and he was FANTASTIC. He knew his stuff, he was funny and very respectful. Definitely recommend this place and him. We will be coming back specifically because of him and how he treated us. Thank you Eric!! I hope your manager sees this and gives you a raise!

Had a good experience with the guy eric i believe. He helped me through the whole process got me the right boots and soles. I did have to go back and get a new pair as the pair i got had a defect but that went super smooth and fast.

No service. None. On MLK day at 1pm, I was in the parking lot killing time while still at work. Nobody went in or out during the 30 plus minutes of my stay.
Big middle age white guy sat at the desk and was on the phone and computer for the duration of my 20 min visit. I walked around the store, checked out every section, as I looked for my 4th pair of Irish setters.
I’m the only person who’s been in the store in an hour at this point and the guy never said peep. I picked out the boot. Walked over to the front, took my boots off to check the size, found it, then put my boots back on and walked up to the front desk and stood there with the display boot in hand ready to pay for a new pair.
The guy continues his call and keeps working on the computer without saying anything to me. I’m standing with the display boot in my hand and he didn’t bother to tell me he needed a minute or tell me he’ll be with me after he’s done. Nothing. I walked around some more and then went back to the register 2 feet away from him still with the boot in hand. Two more minutes went by without a word from him so I put the boot on the register and left.
Still no words from the guy.
I was speechless too at that point!

Absolutely the worst customer services out of any red wing store ever been to ,bought boots 2 months ago and the stitching is falling apart ,brought them there and the manager is saying that it is normal wear and tear,later that day went to a different store and they gave me store credit for a new pair no questions asked ,absolutely disgusted with my experience at this location,they give redwing a bad look

The only thing I'll say the people were nice you have a web site but just about every shoe is sold in store only and I can't order on line witch would be very convenient.

Phenomenal selection of boots and sizes IN STOCK! Scan went through fast and plenty of different possible boots to try. Made the switch over from Chips after 10 years & I couldn’t be happier

My whole experience was great. Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. All my questions were answered and the service was top notch! I live 55 miles from that store and after my experience I will gladly drive there every time I need boots. Good old fashioned customer service.

The boots are nice, selection is eh, but the employee tried to tell me I’m the wrong shoe size insisting I’m a 12 when I wear a 13 and told me they should be very tight so they loosen with time
