My girlfriend brought my truck in to them for an inspection. I have no idea what their angle was or if they didn't feel like taking my money but they turned her away after driving all the way there because they can't do an inspection with my trailer hitch installed and the back seat must be completely empty. Having family in the state of mass who is a certified mass inspection center, there is nothing requiring either of these requests. Just very odd thing things to lie about, wouldn't trust them with anything.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I was in a hurry as I was moving and wanted my window and AC fixed. Not only did it take two days to complete, but it cost me 850 dollars. Not only was it outrageously expensive, but my AC wasn’t fixed and they broke something different in my car without taking money off/replacing.I would’ve went back and had them take another shot, however, they were closed and I was out of time. I this is why people have trust issues at garages.

I had an outstanding experience! I had my brakes done today during their monthly special and received $100 off! Last month they ran a special on oil changes! It is under new ownership and the service was thorough and immaculate.I dropped my vehicle off this morning and entered the wrong door. Kelly (service) at Citywide Auto Glass brought me over to the Sparks entrance where I was greeted by Rebecca (service desk) and Tony (mechanic). Eric (mechanic) called me a couple of hours later after he assessed the vehicle, informed me about what it needed and proceeded to complete the work. I received a call when rhe car was ready and when I picked it up i noticed they even went as far as vacuuming my seats!Eric, Tony, Rebecca and Kelly were fantastic! Keep up the outstanding work - highly recommended!

The ECM in my car was repaired and after 2 weeks it stopped working. The company who repaired it sent me a remanufactured one, not once but twice, and still my car wouldn’t start. I called the dealer and they wouldn’t help me. I asked around and a friend said to try Sparks. Well within a few days they got it working. I couldn’t be happier. And the price was great. I was having an issue with the ECM on my 2007 Lincoln MKX. After having the original ECM repaired it failed and 2 subsequent remanufactured ECM's failed. The vehicle wouldn't start, not even an attempt to turn over, just silence when you turned the key. At this point even the dealer refused to diagnose it. Having no where to go I turned to Sparks Auto. I had the vehicle towed and within a few days my vehicle was working and the price for the repair was reasonable. I am extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them. Thank you Eric and the entire staff.

Came for an oil change, said someone was out to lunch, come back at 1. Came back at 1, they said it would be just a moment. Did not take my car till after 2. Also two males came in after me, and were seen right away.

I needed to have an auto inspection done and my usual place was not doing inspections that day. I called Sparks at about 10AM on a Saturday morning. No appointment was needed. I went over it was completed within about 30 minutes from my arrival. Good job.

I went to get a sticker for my car. Because I was 2 weeks early, the guy seemed annoyed that I brought it in early. I overheard them whispering about “common sense” and they were rolling their eyes. One of them also kept repeating “sticker” in a mocking tone. They were rude and it was very unnecessary. I confronted him about it at checkout. What do you care that I’m 2 weeks early? You’re getting paid so why the attitude? I will not go back to this place again.
