Best shop around. Always fair pricing. Never tries to upsell or add on services I don't need. Only place I take my car to.

Oil change was fast. However, they put the wrong mileage sticker on my vehicle &did not ask what type of oil I wanted in my truck. Make this make sense, please! I stand corrected after reviewing the paperwork those numbers are when the oil is to be changed. He did offer me the correct oil afterwards

I went to get a synthetic oil change from here. 5 weeks later my oil light comes back on and I go somewhere else, and the guy said that the oil capsule and stick was so dirty that it needed to be replaced again. Synthetic oil should give you about 8,000 miles, this didn't even last me 1,500. They must have either not changed it or not drained the oil properly, but now I'm down $100 because of them.

They did oil change quickly. Young guy with attitude was snarky and not respectful when he told me to pull my car in. $100 for an oil change because synthetic oil? Maybe that is going rate now?

I've had my oil changed at countless places but the service and speed at this shop so far have remained unparalleled. Keep up the good work!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm relocating to the area so I tried pricing out a few places to get my oil changed at. A few places gave me a quote of around $90 and I noticed SpeeDee was close by to my girlfriends house which is where I'm staying until I move into my new place July 1st. I also noticed it had some good reviews so I figured I'd give a call and see what price they gave me. I called multiple times over a 15-minute span and got no answer. At this point I had put a good amount of time into calling / comparing places and looking at coupons. With that said, I found a $10 off coupon online which directed me to the actual SpeeDee website (not a 3rd party site) offering the same deal (I even typed in my zip code). So, I decided to go there. I drove about 5 Minutes and was there. I pulled around back as stated on the signs. I was greeted by a worker who I later found out to be the owner. He didn't seem happy at all that I was there giving THEM business. He even made a remark "when it rains it f****** pours" as a car pulled up behind me seeking an oil change as well. It was my turn so I pulled up into the garage. Another car pulled up as well in the process and all the workers began to talk badly about him making hand gestures and giving him dirty looks as well, making rude comments, etc all because he was seeking service. If you don't want to service customers, DO NOT OWN A SHOP. Customers are giving you THEIR money to service their cars. You would think you'd be excited about a crowded shop / motivated to get every customer taken care of. He asked me right off the bat if I had been there before and I said I had not which (I should have said I had because he probably ripped me off for this very mistake). They could not get my hood open for the life of them so they resorted to using a screw driver to pry it open. They finally got it after about 10 minutes. I even got out of my car and nicely offered my help but was given dirty looks by all workers. Then one of the mechanics working on my car decides to light up a cigarette an inch away from my car while working on it!! The garage is a very small garage to begin with, you should not be smoking a cigarette while working on a car for obvious reasons, and the smoke was going right into my window. He didn't seem to care one bit though, acting like a tough guy with his tough guy face/smirk he possessed throughout the whole interaction. They get done doing what they needed to do, and tell me it was going to be $105. I tell him that's the most expensive I've ever been charged and he doesn't say a word and does not care one bit (this is the owner you think he would be more personable). I pull out my coupon and he didn't even value the full amount because the coupon says it's for a different region. The coupon was for $10 but he only valued $5. Please tell me why he couldn't just value the whole thing. I get back home and see the whole hood covered in grease and black fingerprints from when they were trying to open it. You think they would have some common courtesy and clean that area seeing they caused that. If I could use one word to describe this shop it would be UNPROFESSIONAL. I could go on a rant using every cuss word in the book which is what I want to do right now but I will be composed. With that said, I am most definitely going to voice my experience and warn all others to stay away from this place. I was ripped off, dealt with disrespectful and unprofessional workers, and my car was dirtied in the process. A bunch of unmotivated, lazy workers who don't deserve anybody's money.

I went in for a simple oil change on my Wife's 2014 Escape. ( Dartmouth State Road location ) I drove home and the car sat all week. My wife went to visit her sister in Western Ma.Yesterday and she got stuck on the side of the road with a large plastic cover flapping and stuck under the car. The technician failed to re install the 8! bolts that hold the cover on. You need to remove this cover to remove the oil filter. There is no way they all fell out. So, I had to drive out to the car on the MA pike and repair it on the side of the road. They were very quick to tell me I needed a 350.00 brake job but could not put 8 bolts back in. Oh, and that brake job, the brakes were put in 4 months ago. The little Ford stickers are still on them. Come on guys can we please get it together. I should have just done it myself!
