We've been with St. Anne's Credit Union for years now, and they are always very pleasant and helpful. I trust St. Anne's Credit Union over any bank.

3rd time here waiting to open an account. First time waited 1 hour no one available. 2nd time, 45 minutes, no one available. Waiting again, 30 minutes, and no one available. I called to see if I have to make an appointment. Was told to just come in, first come first serve. All three times there is no one here. Really need to start valuing customer’s time.

Terrible service terrible staff! Bank is much slower then any of the banks I have I know from experience! Phone calls and walk-ins are much more a struggle and they seem to just be lost constantly putting you on hold and moving u from call to call as well! Terrible service after a 30 minute conversation nothing had changed

This review is specifically for the heavy-set female teller with the short hair who is usually seated at the far right (from customers' POV) inside: I didn't let you know last time I had to come into the branch and you were the one who waited on me (I also didn't mention anything this time when the teller to your right waited on me either) that you need to learn how to speak less curtly (e.g. "Whad'ya wanna do." - Remember that?) AND be intelligent enough to at least wait until a customer leaves to lean over and whisper like a school kid to the co-worker next to you. I simply left quietly - knowing that, solely because of you, I would be moving my payroll direct deposit to a different bank as soon as all outstanding transactions clear. You need to know that it's annoying enough for me - after having worked at a very fast-paced warehouse job on an OVERNIGHT SHIFT AT 61 YEARS OLD (and therefore being very sleep-deprived and exhausted) - to even have to come into the branch in the first place. Somewhere along the line, you were not trained (or more likely you're just not bright enough to figure out) that if no other customers are waiting in line, and the customer in front of you - or in front of the teller next to you, as was the case today - needs to take an extra minute to make sure everything is correct, that the customer may need to do that because their work shift (especially combined with their older age) causes them to have to cut their sleep short every day. I can tell by the way you are that in the future, when your sleep gets cut short on a regular basis, you won't be able to work as well as I do.

Made a joint account with my wife so she can handle things while im away on business.yet 90 percent of the transactions are a problem where they need me there. That kind of defeats the purpose of a joint account

St. Anne's is a fantastic credit union with top-notch customer service. Tim Souza was great to work with and I recommend him for any future home mortage. You will not be disappointed!

I applied for a a home equity line of credit .I had specific question on my property . The woman in charge was called and at great length said my request could be done but it has stipulations. Three weeks later a woman called me and said it was possible to do what I wanted. At the end of conversation she said that my request wasn't possible .I went to the Dartmouth branch and talked to Lita . She loud and rude. She talked in circles and all around the truth over and over she tried to not answer my questions. At the end she admitted the that her employee lied to me.i told her I wanted an apology she said she was sorry about the miscommunication but that's all.

I called about a check, I had deposited by the mobile banking app, explaining that it disappeared from my online records. I told the woman that though I had deposited it on Friday after hours, I knew it would take a couple of business days. I was concerned with the fact that the app had placed the deposit as “accepted “ on Sunday but when I looked on Monday it was no longer there. I would have expected it to say “pending “ or “rejectedâ€. I asked her if it was a bug in the app or had just not gone through. She told me that I would get it by Wednesday. Usually I would think that means before or on Wednesday. But it is Wednesday (7:30 pm) and I have not received it. I do not think she even bothered to look at my account to see if it had gone through. Since they have moved I have been disappointed in their customer service and employees that speak with a little too much attitude and insincerity in their voice. Starting tomorrow morning I will try my luck with another bank.

I love Saint Anne's credit Union I'm so glad I changed banks seven years ago and found them. They are so wonderful if I can't add they tell me that my some total is incorrect and they change it for me and doublecheck things. The drive-through is so convenient, expedient and they are so polite!
