Went to customer service. Needed someone to unlock the tool cages. I was told they would send someone over, waited 37 minutes. They had a meeting in the middle of the store and when the meeting ended 7 of the associates walked together two of them that were at the customer service desk walked right past me and that was it. I knew I was wasting my time. Took my business elsewhere.

My mother was in the market for a new refrigerator and wanted to physically see the model before purchasing it. She called around to the Home Depot's in the area and North Dartmouth's Home Depot said they had it. She spoke on 12/21/22 to "Tyler" who put her on hold, went and stated he had just physically saw the refrigerator on the floor and she would be able to see it today. She immediately drove 1.5 hours just to get confirmation that this was the product she wanted to purchase. When she arrived "Tyler" had conveniently just ended his shift she was told (which it seemed "Tyler" was sitting next to the lady helping us) and that model refrigerator was clearly not at this store. I would highly recommend not using this Home Depot if you have the time to travel

We went to purchase a lawnmower and had a very pleasant experience because of the staff that was on duty to help us ... Patti & I think it was Jeff help us out & made a smooth experience... thank you Patti & the staff in Dartmouth Home Depot...

after i bought something and needed to return it 2 days later because i found a better deal at lowes. they gave me only 49 store credit when i paid 59 for the item.. and when i told them it was the wrong price they said u get the lowest price that the item has been within a year.. so they had a sale 10 months ago thats the price i get for buying it 2 days ago...just a way for a million dollar big box store to take advantage of the little hardworking person...just think if they do this for all the returns they make some serious FREE money

In addition to the staff that don't know their own store and can't be bothered to help, I really enjoy almost being driven into by every other moron that doesn't know how to operate a car in the parking lot. Coming here sucks.

- ordered $10K of Windows with Tilt in. Never came with tilt in. - main / pricey front door came in unwrapped and with scratches. - garage doors were never ordered despite my specific instruction that I am the contractor/owner and I will sign off on any responsibility for opening not being correct. I demanded the complete refund after I told them 16 more weeks in unacceptable. Customer services told me the garage doors were in. They told me they were waiting on ornamental features. The installer called me once and told me the doors were in for about two months already. What a complete disorganized organization...... Never...Never, will I buy anything substantial from Home Depot again.

Buyer's beware !Lock's don't work as intended , it only keeps children out of their home ! Lock's was installed on doors in this area of new Bedford , Bristol county , Massachusetts , united States did not work as intended , someone had involved with the schemes of abduction kidnapping adults through the Boston area of Logan international airport and airliners that fly into the new England region of the united States ! I have left my car gone at this Home Depot. I am so thankful for the staff that contacted my friend to let me know that I had left it at there store. Great job guys!!!! Always my go to store for anything.

Dartmouth store is awful. Employees start to help and then disappear leaving you hanging They rude and managment does nothing to change this type of behavior. Of course there're a few good Employees that don't deserve to be included in the group of bad ones.Time to chane management

Home Depot in Dartmouth is terrible from employees to managment 90% has to be fired. They very rude to costumers , lazzy , refuse to help and what's worse managment do nothing about. This has to change.

Unfortunately the store obviously is flaunting current health directives. While they are spacing entry, at least half the staff inside including the ck out staff are not masking and don't even have a mask on them. Also, there is no effort to encourage shoppers to wear masks including the staff metering entry who didn't have a mask himself. Obviously the store management is ok with this. Consequently I am shifting all hardware shopping to other stores. As an older individual I am insulted and saddened by the store's disregard for our health.

This review is in particular for the third party that Home Depot uses to deliver their appliances. Had a scheduled delivery today between 12:30 and 4:30 pm. Driver shows up at 11:30am while I was not home. The came back at 1:30pm drove up my street without stoping and claimed ther was no parking for the delivery. I called the delivery company right away and asked them to turn around and the driver refused! The delivery company is called GE Spirit Delivery. Worse company ever. After speaking with the Home Depot store manager witch was nice, she disclosed they been having issues with this company delivering appliances. Now I have to loose a day off work so I can take the delivery this Thursday. This is not good customer service at all. I would give this delivery company a -5*
