My service advisor, Brandon, was exemplary. He provided updates on my vehicle's status and Brandon also made sure that I had transportation back to the dealership to pick-up my car. Brandon helped to make a complicated repair situation less stressful.

I do love the car. Much of the process in buying it was somewhat vague. The descriptions of packages weren't really specific (ex - Driver Assist package - what does that mean?) which didn't help me understand what to ask for or what I was getting. I would have loved getting the birds eye view cameras but did not and was told 'its totally impossible' after I'd already had the car. I had wanted the high end audio system but I'm not even sure I got that. As a Toyota outsider, meaning I never owned one before, I didn't know what to ask and a little more of a breakdown and explanation of the options I could have asked for, would have been nice. When I called Toyota Support, my phone number had been put in incorrectly so they couldn't find my information. Then when I gave them my VIN number, they found me. I understand sales well, because it has been much of my career but I think some of this buying experience emphasized making the sale and not necessarily following through on the customer relationship or satisfaction. But see above, I do love the car.

I went to toyota to get a key made for entry to my vehicle after a lock out. I did ask if it was more due to the year and potential key chips ? The staff at the service counter was not knowledgeable and assured me the key would not start my vehicle only open it! Ok! Upon arrival back to my vehicle not only did the same key unlock it i now i have a spare key

They think it's okay to park a Toyota Highlander on the sidewalk in between Jersey Mike's and the gas station God forbid you're in a wheelchair or have a seeing Eye dog have a little compassion it doesn't take much.

We had a really good experience with the sales person for our purchase of a new car. Our sales person, Nicholas Lourenco, was fabulous! He was very helpful, very patient, and answered all our questions and concerns. He even gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch. In short, loved our sales person! Our only complaint, and hence just 4 stars instead of 5, was with the finance person, who rushed us through the paperwork and didn't clearly explain all the forms that we were signing. We regret not pushing back since we noticed an error later when reviewing the documents at home (note to self... don't give into the pressure ever again).

I’m a new Toyota owner and this is the closest dealership. I brought my car in with 2500 miles for it’s first service and a couple of warranty concerns. One of those is the HVAC fan makes a high pitched squealing noise. It’s not normal and can be infuriating at high fan speeds.The dealership acknowledged the noise, and told me ‘you can’t hear it with the radio on’ while doing nothing to repair it. What kind of dealership tells a person to turn the radio up so they don’t hear the problem? It’s a brand new car.

For some reason this dealership has one of the highest purchasing parts pricing model. I visited the parts department looking for for oil filters. I wanted to buy a 10 pack. The price was 40% higher than other dealerships. I pointed it out to the sales associate and showed him several pricing comparison examples from other dealerships. I asked a for a price match. To my surprise they do not offer price matching and did not offer any solutions. I ended leaving the dealership. That’s their policy, I respect it but as a consumer I also made my choice to shop elsewhere.My review is based on the lack of customer service interaction. They did not offer and reasoning for their 40% mark up.There is a recent online poll that shows that 72% of customers are opting for third-party mechanics. The main reasons is price and customer service, with 58% of respondents indicating they didn't go back to the dealerships for service work because they felt they would be overcharged. Buying parts is no different.

Customer since 1992. Although the building has recently been upgraded, the service end seems to have gotten a lot slower over the years. Bunch of inexperienced kids acting as service managers now. Used to have a drive up oil change servicebut no longer offered. If you're in a hurry go elsewhere
