I went to toyota to get a key made for entry to my vehicle after a lock out. I did ask if it was more due to the year and potential key chips ? The staff at the service counter was not knowledgeable and assured me the key would not start my vehicle only open it! Ok! Upon arrival back to my vehicle not only did the same key unlock it i now i have a spare key

We had a really good experience with the sales person for our purchase of a new car. Our sales person, Nicholas Lourenco, was fabulous! He was very helpful, very patient, and answered all our questions and concerns. He even gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch. In short, loved our sales person! Our only complaint, and hence just 4 stars instead of 5, was with the finance person, who rushed us through the paperwork and didn't clearly explain all the forms that we were signing. We regret not pushing back since we noticed an error later when reviewing the documents at home (note to self... don't give into the pressure ever again).

I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships to no avail. I even went to another dealership to find out it was the wrong part. I was told they had the part at Dartmouth Toyota. I drove over an hour to get the part. Dominic came out to my truck to not only see if it was the correct part, but he also helped me put on. It is tricky to put on and did not fit correctly. He figured out how to put it on and we learned that all the other center caps were put on wrong from my last tire rotation oil change at another Toyota dealership where it had previously been serviced. I was at risk losing all of my center caps. He went beyond the call of duty. We fixed all of them. He is an incredible employee and should be recognized. Great attitude!

I will never use this Dealership again. I was scheduled to look at new vehicles on Saturday 4/1/2023 but have cancelled. My car needed a sticker and oil change on Monday. I have had these services and others done here for years. It turned out that my 10 year old Carola needed some futher work in order to have the sticker done. I took the print out home to consider. Upon paying for the oil change and diagnostics, the service advisor could not get my bank card to go through. He tried twice and said that it would only approve a partial payment. I thought that was odd and gave him my Discover card for the entire payment. When I got home, I saw that the "partial payment" had gone through twice which totaled more than the entire bill. I called the next day to let him know and was assured it would be refunded. I was satisfied. I had decided that night that it was time to trade in the car and purchase a 2023 Rav4. I made an appointment for Saturday. Since then, I received a call from the service department stating the amounts did not show on their end for the two payments from my bank card. I called again saying that I could see the debits in my online banking. I was transferred to a Leslie who said that I would need to contact my bank and come back in to " prove it". I said that clearly, it should be in their records because it was in mine and I don't know how they could reconcile at the end of the day if it weren't. She was very rude and repeated that I would have to come in and "prove it". I live half an hour away and shouldn't have to do this. I called my bank who verified that I was correct. The amount had been deducted from my account and that they should have record of this. I had my bank begin a claim. I called Leslie again and she was extremely rude, laughing at me and interrupting me as I tried to explain. She admitted that they are " training a new credit card person". I hung up feeling very defensive and wronged. She refused to let me finish a sentence and spoke around in circles about what she said and how she said it instead of getting to the point. I will let my bank handle the investigation which should not have to happen. I will never use this dealership again, especially to purchase a car when the cannot handle a simple service payment transaction. Leslie needs a lesson in customer service relations or to find a job where people with her mentality of "service" are employed. Shame on you for driving away a loyal customer.

My elderly mom and I went here to look for a used car. Not only did she find one, they were very helpful. Answered all my questions. Asked for the carfax, and did not hesitite to give it to me.Very PLEASANT experience. The salesman Matt was very helpful.As a Toyota owner myself from another New England State, I didn't expect anything less!!!

While getting my car serviced for a routine oil change, the service guy backed my SUV into a parked car and damaged the back to the point that the trunk was no longer accessible. I am so disappointed in the way Toyota has handled the situation from the lack of cooperation, slow responses and disrespect. They refuse to give me the insurance information so I can get my car fixed at a place that I feel is reputable and will professionally handle my vehicle. And the kicker..I was still charged for the oil change

There is a middle aged man that helped me enormously when i went there in May. Going back tomorrow & i'm hoping he works on Wednesday. i think the whole service department is right on the ball with customer service!

So i had recently moved to Massachusetts from California and started going to Toyota Dartmouth. I have been getting my maintenance done here now for about a year in a half. I have extended service and These last (at least 4) visits, I've been charged for my service and constantly have to explain that I have extended service that covers this. I never receive an apology that they almost charged me almost $100 and act like they have not done anything wrong. I have written a complaint on their survey and got a call from a manager apologizing that it wouldn't happen again and of course still happens so it started crossing my mind that I should change the Toyota location. To add a cherry on the top, my dad came to visit me and look at my tires very worried that I have been driving with grade red/ worn out tires. He asked me if that's something they look at Toyota and I said yes they actually graded my tires about a month ago GREEN as in perfect. He looked at the report of my car and my car has gotten perfect scores which is untrue. He said one bad storm and it could be bad. They have been grading my car perfectly when they should have graded my tires red. Thus they don't even check your car and now officially I'm upset and rather go somewhere else. If it weren't for my dad checking my car in a vacation trip, I would have never known as I Relied on Toyotas expertise.

Very disappointed in the service department here. I've been a Toyota customer for many years and never have I've been this disappointed. Had an issue with my vehicle last week all lights on my dash were on. Dropped it off and received many calls about testing, water tests and the bill adding up. They could not find anything wrong said it was running fine but one light is still on. Go pick it up, almost 400 dollars later. Next morning as I always do hit my auto start and doesnt work. we schedule another appointment because it worked the morning it was dropped off for service. I have to leave work to bring it back, to be told oh that guy only works in the morning! ok well why was an appointment scheduled at this time. So one of the guys jumps in and says what's wrong with it; I explain to be treated like I'm a moron, by this person saying there's really nothing we did to your vehicle for that to happen. I have the paperwork which states wires were played with dried/ water tests were done. I did learn what everyone likes for lunch though. I leave they call my husband to reschedule once again. We get there again to drop car to be told if they do test and it's nothing they did theres 150 dollar charge. Not for nothing until that service department touched my vehicle the auto start worked. I have it on my security camera starting the day It was dropped off for service. But I'm no fool either and I'm sure they would say it was nothing they did. Just be aware if you need service there.

Any time I've called to ask about certain things, they're always rude and talk over you and just keep repeating, you need to bring it in to get it checked. No thanks.

You would think all the money they dump into renovating they’d have happier staff. Tried over charging for a second key and when I politely said the number was wrong she snapped at me. Went to find out the right number and I was correct. Nickel and dime you at all cost since day one. Place and people have been trash time and time again.

Two years ago I had my frame replaced. I took my bedliner off because I want to get my bed rhino lined. My bed looks like Swiss cheese. You mean to tell me that when the dealer took my cab and bed off my frame they didn't notice this? They could have at least notified me during the process. The truck was already at their body shop. I would have asked them to fix the bed while it was off the truck. Terrible customer service. And not to mention the dealer had me wait at the dealer to fully inspect my truck before I could leave. All they found was one front caliper? You mean to tell me they didn't see this during inspection. Even if they didn't see it then , they had to of seen it when the body shop took my bed off my old frame.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. They went above and beyond. Very happy with my purchase and they back their sales with integrity and support. Nick and Mike in the Annex were outstanding.
