“Sarah (?) Was really nice. But they are strict about appointments. I arrived two hours early. And was not docked until just after my appointment. Then was not loaded for over an hour. Friendly people. Just don't come early. Lol”

“Got there early for my appointment , friendly lady at the desk gave me a door right away, my load was already lined up on the dock, I was out of there within the hour. Good folk, great service, no drama!”

“Professional gentleman picked me up on time, got me to my appointment about one hour before it began. Very courteous. I wish I could remember his name.My pickup time was delayed due to an accident, add in Boston rush hour traffic and the driver/agency couldn't be faulted. My driver's name was Cathy. She apologized for the delay. On the ride home we had a great conversation, which made the trip fly by.On the whole professional, punctual, courteous and a peerless experience as a passenger.”
