The workers at this store is very lazy and tries to force you to buy phones and services online. There is literally no point to ever go to the store.

I've been a Verizon customer for nearly ten years and this is my go to location. Recently I purchased a new I Phone and I couldn't make calls nor use the apps. A message came up that it was not activated and to contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur. I work in Warwick RI and went to the location nearby and that location was no help to me. After work I drove here and they diagnosed the problem and got my phone working. It was a defective SIM card. I highly recommend this location because of its knowledge staff and excellent customer service.

We stopped here while on vacation visiting friends when my husband's phone broke and we had to purchase a new one. While waiting for our phone I observed so many positive things. One that stood out was how a store employee had so much patience with an elderly customer who had purchased his first iPhone the day before. This customer wanted to return his phone because he couldn't figure it out. The employee didn't want the client to give up too quickly and worked with him, showing him the features of his phone multiple times. The entire time, not once did this employee show any sign of impatience. It was very sweet. My own experience was great too. Excellent customer service from this store!

Each time I have gone to the Verizon store I have had the pleasure of working with Brandi, customer service rep. She could not be more helpful or nicer! It's a pleasure to have a service rep such as she. Always through, helpful tips, and just a great person. Hope Verizon knows what an asset she is to that company!

Got a galaxy 6 in November and now it won't charge even though it's under warranty they will not help at all because it has a small crack in the screen. Victor couldn't have been less helpful and was rude. What a scam!! Will switch my service the second I am able and will never come back. If zero stars was an option that's what this review would be.

Spoke on the phone with a verizon representative at this branch about preordering a cell phone. I specifically asked him if the preorder was starting today or tomorrow and he assured me that the phone was available for preorder today instore and online. Drove to verizon to speak with a customer service representative who stated that the preorder started tomorrow and every worker in the store knew that. He also continued to ask for my phone information making it seem like he was going to help, but only wasted 15 more minutes of my time. I was given the wrong information on the phone and was not helped in store. I woud definitely not recommend this verizon branch for their lack of information and customer service skills.

I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone who told me I was eligible for a .99 upgrade to a iPhone 5. I was on the call for something else at the time but I stopped by the verizon store with my husband and son in the mall a few days later to upgrade as I had some extra time and was greeted promptly by a very nice man who explained he added my name to the que and I'd be helped by the next available rep. Didn't take long and a older blonde woman came over who didn't look like a very happy person to start with but I explained that I stopped by to upgrade as I talked with someone a few days before about it on the phone. She immediately told me I was not eligible for any such upgrades that I had to pay 100$ to upgrade to a 5 and 200$ for a six. I told her I didn't want the 5s just a 5 cause that's what I was told I was available for. Nope! Your not available for anything without paying at least 100$ she got short with me and I could tell she just wanted me to leave her alone. I was puzzled and unsure which person was telling me the truth so I thanked her and left. I just got off the phone with a very nice rep who just upgraded me to the 5 for .99 - this woman shouldn't be in customer service and needs to be retrained or something. Next time ill fulfill her wishes and stay home & call.
