“so in March, I had to put my dog bear down. He had cancer everywhere even in his brain and I just wanna give a shout out to Dr. Lavin. She’s very calming and peaceful and she even gave me a hug that meant a lot to me.? Also wanna give a shout out to Vicky she went above and beyond what a vet tech would do. She actually came to my house and Dropped off the paw, print for bear and the vile of his fur forever grateful that meant so much to me??? And also want to give another shout out to the vet tech I had today Finn, She explained everything very well multiple times because I was very upset. She remained very calm and very peaceful which made me feel at ease. And I think she would make a great vet someday???”
“We just walked in, and I didn't know we had to make an appointment. I thought it may have had emergency/urgent services. Unfortunately, we got turned away, but next time, I'll make an appointment for my kitten Noah.”
“The employees are all great but the wait time is a bit much for a scheduled appointment. Also noticed they like to push prescriptions even when you said you aren't interested.”
“Dr. Slaughter and her team have cared for three of my dogs over many years and treated them with exceptional care and compassion. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and diligent they have been including dealing with two pets with significant health issues.”
“This place is by far one of the best veterinary practices in the area. Though they can be a little on the pricier end, it’s something i’m willing to pay for the quality of care my animals have received. My cat has a chronic illness, this required multiple emergency visits at an emergency clinic & what was weekly visits at Chase for preventative care or just in general trying to help control a flare up. They were nothing but fantastic. Helping me come up with a care plan, getting him on extremely short notice (sometimes the same day or the next day the latest), and even discounting certain services because i was there so frequently. If it wasn’t for the amazing vets here & at his emergency vet, i’m not sure my cat would even still be with us. They started him on a medication that has worked wonders, as well as giving me advice on his chronic eye issues. Since then, he’s had very minor flare ups that did not require hospitalization & he has not gotten an eye infection since. Could not recommend them enough! I recently moved 2 hours away & am honestly sad i can’t go here anymore! In fact, i have travelled the 2 hours when our new vet wasn’t taking things seriously, that’s how much i love this place!”

“Great staff and the care they provide is so reassuring and have been so kind to our family when tough decisions had to be made n so supportive to us made us know we were in the right place. We now have another new member to our family and will continue with her care there and in good care”
