Would give 0 stars if I could.
Sat in the pickup area for over an hour with multiple people claiming they would get my item and never did. Absolute mess.

Walmart is a good store for food, clothing, tech, and more. Place is very good usually well stocked on supplies and so on. friendly service, a bunch of registers open as long as self-checkout overall very good. They also have fishing license service, eye care shop, device repair, pharmacy, and subway.

I'm chalking this up to maybe the associates was just having a bad day. I also completely understand why things are locked in cases. With that said, associates can't be upset with costumers because we need something from a locked case. We all have stress right now but don't take it out on the customers by giving an attitude and without saying one word as you angrily getting a product out of a case. There is absolutely no reason that I should have been treated how I was.

"I'm grateful for Walmart's online shopping and curbside pickup services. As someone with a walking disability, these options significantly improve my shopping experience. The ability to browse and purchase items online, then have them brought to my car, makes the entire process convenient and accessible. Thank you, Walmart, for providing these services that cater to customers with diverse needs."

No stars i can't customer serviced sucked! I was looking to buy a grill it was the last one on the shelf but the box was broken open. Spoke to the person on the floor who said he needed to speak to his manager. The manager came over to us was not willing to negotiate or discount the price at all. She said its the last one and thats all we have so its going to be full price. She would not budge. I wasn't asking for alot but she wouldn't even let us check out the box to see if everything was in good shape. Her attitude was either buy it as is or don't buy it at all. Even the associate with her was a little taken back by her response. Never again!!

I have never Been so humiliated in my life like I was today at the walmart in dartmouth. I had bought a mini fridge to take camping in north conway. However, it was too small for what we had.So I purchased a larger one. The associate told us we could return it when we got home and didn't have to drive back to that walmart. When I got to the store right off the bat, the front end manager lisa was very condescending. The associate at the new hampshire location did not scan the correct serial number, so she belittled us.It made us feel like we were thieves trying to return an item we didn't purchase. She said the serial numbers didn't match. I explained to her that was the mini fridge. We had purchased, and there must have been an error but she did not want to hear it and looked at us in disgust was a line full of people. I then called the manager in north conway, because it was not gonna drive three and a half hours, and he explained to me how it might happen. And she said, well that's their problem, you need to go there. Thankfully, he explained to me where I could find this serial number on the box and it looked like the associate scanned the serial number from the manufacturer and not the serial number for walmart. After I explained this to her she mumbled under her breath, still treating me like trash and still didn't wanna process the refund over the walkie Talkie saying that the other associate did a mistake and asking if she should still refund us. The other associate asked her question probably in what condition the fridge was and she turned around and said out loud it's filthy disgusting, put it as damaged. I promise you it was not dirty in the least. We obviously took it out of the box to see if the items fit and it did not.The plastic and the papers were still in the fridge. I was mortified.I felt like trash and nobody should leave a place feeling like I did today. This manager did not go in the slightest out of her way to try to help me and from the get, go assume the worst.

Whether or not they are busy, they have very few registers open yet a bunch of employees just standing around. During my last visit, it was quite busy and instead of opening up more registers to ring up the ever growing lines, the person I assume is a manager, told an employee to direct people to self check out.
People do not like to use the self check out. It is a waste of space. The manager could have even gone to a register yet she herself just stood there watching with her hands in her pocket.
Lastly, the cashiers are too slow ringing everyone up and they always overstock and stuff items into bags to the point my items are spilling out. It defeats the purpose of the bags. I might as well carry everything out by hand. Get your store in orded.

It's your typical Walmart where most of the staff look miserable, never enough cash registers open, and the layout doesn't give enough room for folks who need the ride on carts so you constantly hear a bang, Bathrooms are fairly decent most visits.
