Not impressed. Had an order placed for 2 weeks without anyone contacting me to let me know the product has been discontinued and that they had cancelled it. Now waiting on another order that is similar, and hopefully it is sent in a timely manner as I have been waiting a while already!!

The sales people are not truthful. They aren't interested in helping people. Their responses seem to be self manufactured and not true.

I paid for 4 tilt straps only received 2 and was told by a customer service rep to email this was back in july still no follow up or help. I guess this company just likes to steal customers money and not give them what they pay for
