My wife got a manicure/pedicure. Service was the worst it could be. Her joints hurt and esthetician was rude and talking behind her back during the session. Inconsistent considering the last time she went it was decent. Not reliable place to go.

Ive seen maybe 4-5 different technicians here. Some were amazing, some not so much. But every time they miss something. Whether it's cutting my cuticles, trimming my nails or something as simple as filing the shape of my nail to make them straight. I have left with bleeding cuticles/fingers on multiple occasions. It's not a huge deal, but they do leave scabs once healed which takes away from my beautiful new manicure. Paying 60-80$ for a fill is ludicrous to leave with bloody fingers. Also, don't really understand how a fill is almost the same price as a full set.. Not sure if ill continue here. Nails arent done in a timely fashion either.. make sure you leave atleast 2 hours for a fill. They will charge you for every little thing. I am surprised im not charged for washing my hands in their sink.

They claim to be under new management but still act a certain way to POC. As the only POC getting a service done I could see the difference of how they were treating me. As soon as I sat down the manicurist made sure to ask what services I wanted and to mention how much it would cost. I booked an appointment online and was very much aware what services cost. Throughout my service the manicurist kept walking away or pausing to be nosey about other clients.
Before I could even finish my service someone else came over to collect payment. No one else around me was informed of how much it would cost or charged before they were finished.
This place up charges too much anyway.
I won't be a returning customer.
