I've known Armando now for more than ten years, and he has always provided outstanding service and experience at his salon.
He is top notch at his profession. I was taken back at a review regarding him being anything other than this. Thank you for serving our community so well Armando.

I decided to book a haircut and blow-dry with Armando Cassano because of the good reviews but that was a big mistake. I showed him a photo of the bob I wanted but he said it wouldn't work for my hair and that he knew what to do. My mistake was putting my trust in him. Instead of communicating exactly what his idea was, he cut my hair extremely short. He may have been right about my hair, but I don't know because he didn't give me the opportunity to see how the bob I wanted would look. It was very unprofessional of him not to tell me how drastically his idea was different from mine. He also didn't blow-dry my hair, so once I left the salon and it dried it was even shorter. But it gets worse. He cut my NECK. He slid the scissors along my neck and left a long cut. He didn't apologize or even acknowledge it. I wasn't bleeding so at the time I thought it was a little nick. But at home I could see how long it was and the stinging kept me up that night. My doctor said I would have needed a tetanus shot if I wasn't up to date. I called him the following day and his first response was "I noticed it when you came in". I was shocked at how easily he lied, but I guess he had prepared for that. I told him I was worried about infection and he tried to assure me that the scissors were clean. Then he said, "You didn't see it when I gave you the mirror." (Which is true because I wasn't wearing my glasses). So, which is it... the cut already existed when I walked in, or it was there and I didn't see it? Armando is the most dishonest and unprofessional stylist I've ever seen, and he obviously doesn't care about his customers.

Probably the best experience with a salon in a very long time if not in my life both an amazing person and beyond talented stylist. Knows how to perform miracles, I’m living proof. Thank you sooo much!!
