I live in Brockton, I rather travel that far to see them. They are courteous, patient and professional. It’s worth traveling to see them. I will certainly recommend my friends and family to go to their store. That AT& T Store should be a model on how to serve clients

Justin Josh and Tracy are absolutely amazing. I came in with a broken phone and they somehow got all my information and it was so painless for once. We protected my new phone and I'm so happy you guys are the best I can't thank you enough! What a great team

We did have to wait for a while before being with our issue, but were greeted immediately upon entering and asked about our reason and warmly welcomed, and was told that the next person that is available to help us well was a great Welcome into the storm and made the longer weight more bearable. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. I appreciateed the way he informed me of my options and extras that AT&T offers without feeling pushed to buy or like I was being up sold. The only other issue we faced while there besides needing the phone to be ordered and delivered was the lack of phone cases for the particular phone I was getting.

We came to this dedham ma location met a worker name Francisco we told him that my dad was a long time Verizon customer of 10 yrs and was tired of paying way too much so he said let's see what we can due so he helped my 70 yr old dad ,he took his time and made sure he was all set and he explained everything from beginning to end with no issues WITH A WAY BETTER PRICE DEAL ...one of the best customer service experiences we have seen in a while ... thank you sir we appreciate you .

I went to this location with an unusual problem , i created ! I deleted my AT&T business app by mistake and needed it restored. Colby to the rescue! I was basically in a panic as multiple phones and iPad connected to same account. Colby was kind and super helpful. Problem solved in 15 mins and i was on my way ! So happy with service at this store
