Edit: we had a fantastic sales experience at this location, and they fixed a error with the delivery date, which was a huge relief to us and completely renewed our faith in their professionalism and our desire to go and shop there in the future!Prev review: We got a delivery and were all set up but the salesman made an error and our delivery got delayed because they forgot to add the bed cover. Very disappointing to have to change our plans to receive delivery due to store error. They need to do better.

Don't believe the lies. They'll sell you on the "Goof Proof" warrenty, then when something breaks not stand by it all. The warrenty company told me they don't cover damage from normal use or damage from abnormal use...In other words, they take hundreds of dollars and cover nothing.I typically steer clear of extended warranties, but liked the recliner sofa and have seen too many sofas with broken recliners. The rep convinced me I'd be covered with the "Goof Proof" 5 year extended warranty. If something goes wrong, they fix it he said with a few reasonable exceptions. Sure enough, 2 years in, the footrest started malfunctioning and the warranty has 0 plans to do anything to resolve it.Check the hundreds of 1 star reviews from the insurance company they partner with and look you in the eye and make money selling you on. They then put their hands up in the air and blame the company they partner with and say it's not their fault.Please, look for a company with more integrity and do not shop at Bob's.

I wanted to write a great review on their survey but it had expired so I decided to write a review here. Bob's has a fantastic selection of discount furniture. By far the shopping experience was one of the best I had compared to other stores, Jimmy, who was our sales rep created such a great experience. He is so professional, thorough, polite, well-mannered, classy and made me feel he really made sure everything regarding the order was placed correctly. The process was seamless and I would certainly visit again.

Joseph at the dedham store was so personable and not pushy at all. He was able to answer all our questions and was very enthusiastic in the process, which in turn helped us feel much better when making a final choice. What a wonderful person and i will be heading straight back to him when purchasing my couch in a few months.

The delivery track closed off the street in the middle of the morning. It took them less time than Starbucks pick-up to unload and get the delivery in.Very courteous driver, even apologized for blocking the street, if only for a couple of minutes.
