ANY Carter's product - I will NOT recommend due to their business practices. I just signed up for this card and only purchase once a year for 5 grandkids' Christmas PJs. You need to pay a fee ($7.00) if you pay your bill online. So I sent payment in the mail. I just received a late late fee statement for $30.00 - almost half of my purchase. I asked what the processing time is when mailed in - and was told by representative - it is an 11 day processing time. And I am sure the volume of Christmas mail may have slowed it's arrival. They have lost a customer forever.

DO NOT GET CREDIT CARD. They say you'll get 30% off right away but that's not the case. Manager was unwilling to help. Would not recommend or return

Great spot for amazing baby clothes. There is always a better girl selection than boys. However, that is always the case. However, this is a great place to shop for kids clothes one of my go to spots!

How my online order pickup experience went- Went to counter, no customers in line, very few in store. Person at counter took her sweet time to turn around and mumble something which I interpreted as 'how can I help?'. I say I'm here to pick up online order. She asks my name, checks her device and says it's still in transit. I pull up and show email that says my order is ready for pick up. She says OK, I'll check and goes somewhere inside store to check. Comes back and again says it's in transit. Then suddenly notices the box with my name on it that was right next to counter at the same time as I do. Scans the box and says all items may not be in there. Says you can take the box but I'll have to check what's inside. I tell her I ordered 15 items but if she thinks not all of them are inside, I'm not gonna take the box and just gonna come back when all my items arrive. Then she says box says it has 15 items inside and asks for ID. I show my ID. Then she puts the box on a table, tells me to open it up and check everything is there. I do it and leave with box. Carter's, surely it should be easier than this to pick up an online order?

I love carters but some of the employees are rude. One of the employees was rude to another employee which left her visibly aggrivated.

Have been ordering Carter's for my Great Grand Nieçes and Great Grand nephew all summer for store pickup and it's been a great experience.. usually find some good additional buys at the store also. The staff associates are very helpful and so pleasant to deal with, I highly recommend Carter's.
