Unfortunately after owning our Casper for 3 years we noticed tiny shards on our floor and on our mattress after washing the mattress cover as directed. Called Casper support as we are within the "10 year warranty". Casper support stated this is most likely fiberglass!?! My case has been open for 3 weeks with no response from Casper. Disappointing. Buyer beware.

A great experience. The staff were very helpful in explaining the bed models and the store was very easy to navigate and locate related items. I took a look at and compared the different pillows as well as the different types of bed sheets.

Came in to a store full of super helpful folks today- they were all incredibly friendly and helpful- and we didn't feel pushed into anything. We left with a fantastic mattress and they were lovely and quick helping us get it into the car. It's a shame their individual store is getting bad reviews for things that are clearly not in their direct control- because we had such a lovely experience!

My wife and I had a Casper Mattress for 6 years and we have recommended them many times. NO MORE. We bought a bed set mattress, box spring , frame and protector fro our daughter and son in law for house warming gift on line and NO WHERE did it it even begin to indicate that it would take 5 weeks to arrive in individual shipments. Having bought mattress in the past and having sold mattresses at a national retailer never did I suspect that every piece would be shipped separately and take so long to arrive. When I called a Customer service rep told me that "that's the way it is". When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. Lousy service, bad customer service. They have not only lost a customer but I will go out of my way to bad mouth Casper at every chance I get!

Amazing service from start to finish. Jimmy specifically could not have provided better service. He was able to assist my wife and I every step of the way. Opposed to other mattress places, Jimmy never once was trying to sell us a mattress and was only focused on providing a good experience. Jimmy went out of his way to assist when we picked up our mattress and provided a credit for us when a sale price occurred right after our purchase. I'd highly recommend this location and working with Jimmy.

Okay - so i just spent $1400 on a mattess and frame. Delivered on time in 3 boxes. Just moved it into an apartment in Boston. Unpacked - missing set of supporting slats!!!!! Can't get them for a week and the service rep recommends not sleeping on mattress unless we move it to the floor. What a drag. Buyer beware with this product!!!

This place has the worst service. I bought a top tier Wave mattress on a Sunday. They told me it would arrive that Friday. When it did not arrive, I called customer service and was told that the store had placed a hold on delivery until that day and it was still several days away from then. I told them I needed it by the following Tuesday as I was headed out of town for the week and they did nothing to resolve. Cheery empty apologies vs. actually resolving the problem. They’re all about Option A.

The bed was not very good, I ordered the basic full size. What I should have expected right. I just returned it today. They have it picked up just to throw it away to give you your refund which is odd. Initially I spoke to a woman named Paula who told me that I would have to wait til mid August to get my mattress picked up and receive my refund. I asked to speak to a manager and he scheduled the pick up for the next day. ( shady right?) so today ( the next day), the guys are at my door to pick it up so I give it to them and they have me sign a blank receipt. I asked for my copy and the kid goes oh we don’t do that. I say ( oh ya you do ). Because the supervisor told me I need to email my receipt to him to get my refund. These dude say oh okay we’ll go to the truck and write you one up, so I followed them. Also they parked around the corner and not out front. Kids name was mat. He filled out the receipt that I already signed and gave me my copy. All in all f*%k Casper and they’re affiliates.

The staff here is fantastic! Knowledgeable, relaxed and not pushy at all. You walk in and they hand you a clean pillow so that you can "test drive" the different models of mattress. Each mattress is enclosed in a neat wooden cabana which offers you semi privacy, with a curtain. It was the most pleasant mattress shopping experience I've ever had. I ended up buying their mid grade mattress and taking it home with me (all the mattresses are boxed up, about the size of a dorm fridge) 100 day trail period - If you don't like it, you can return within 100 days of purchase for a full refund. This Casper store is worth a visit if your in the market for a new foam mattress!

We bought our Casper about a month ago, and the mattress is fine. However, I can not recommend buying from the store in Dedham, as the delivery company they use (XPO) has been spamming me daily by telephone and email ever since, often more than once a day. I have been unsuccessful at getting anywhere, even though I have spoken with actual humans several times.
