I had an appointment at 12:15 to repair my tire that had a nail in the middle of the tread of the tire. I arrived early at 11:30am.. the tech said they would get it in..no problem. After my appointment time went by and it was almost 1pm. I walked outside to see if it was in the shop being repaired. It was in the same spot I left it at when I arrived. I went in and spoke with David at the front desk. He said it was next.. and my vehicle did not go into the shop until after 2pm. I walked back again and saw that it was in the shop but noticed the tech was taking every tire off. I told him it was only here for a front tire repair. He said oh, I replaced your tire stem on the back tire and apologized. After that he pulled off the front tire and another tech repaired the tire. I didn't leave costco until 2:50pm... not at all pleased with this Costco and how this tire shop is run.. no customer should have to wait over 3hrs to have one tire repaired. No customer should have to ask after 2hrs .. where is my vehicle in getting repaired. Very poor customer service! Disappointed in Costco, I always considered them above the rest... I've learned that is not true. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS COSTCO!

Costco Tire Center at Dedham is amazing. I know it sounds surprising to many who have read bad reviews here but this is my second time and I think we should definitely credit them for doing an excellent job. From purchasing a set of tires to getting a car ready was 40 mins. They work hard, deal with all the craziness of the people like us and still deliver high quality. Great job everyone at Costco Tire Center Dedham.

was told my tire was not repairable, took it to another shop and they said it was definitely repairable. They also for some reason took the tire off the rims and left it off. Ridiculous

Ordered a tire. Received email stating tire was shipped. Received second email stating tire had arrived at Dedham Costco tire center. When I arrived a couple of days later, no tire. They saw the order and email but had no idea where my tire was located... it wasn't at the Tire Center or distribution center or anywhere else. They apparently haven't a timely resolution. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

They may do their job well but they couldn't care less about the customers. That's how I would like to describe the people working at the tire center at this Costco.

Got tires replaced asked for tpms to be fixed. It was not done. Called back 5 times the next week and on the 5th time someone answered. They scheduled an appointment for me to have my tpms sensors replaced however when I arrived they were not in stock and I was told they couldn't help me. I asked for a slight discount to be used whenever i had the work done in copensation for the trouble of driving 50 minutes each way for nothing and they told me there was nothing they could offer. Told me to go to another store that's farther away.

Horrible experience with DISHONEST technicians. Messed up a simple tire change and tried to cover it up. They couldn’t even lie right. Go literally ANYWHERE else.

Horrendous service. Got 2 tires replaced, one was flat within 3 weeks, the other was flat within 2 months. When I went back to have them replaced per my ‘warranty’, they lied to my face and say that the 2 tires that were flat weren’t the ones they replaced even though it was blatantly obvious that they were. The rest of the store is great but these people in the tire shop are con artists

These guys are incompetent or don't care enough to actually do any of the work or just flat out scammers. I scheduled a time to come in on Sunday at 3:15PM for a tire rotation and tire repair on the driver side rear. They called me an hour later saying that they ran out of brake cleaner and someone has to go and get it before they can do the work. Told me it'll take 30-45 more minutes. I called back an hour later and they said a guy left 5 minutes ago to get it and if they can't finish by 6PM, I'll have to bring back the car. So they wasted 2 hours of doing nothing so I rescheduled it for next day (Monday) at 7PM and they said they'll promptly get it done. I brought it in again, and when I walked over to see if they're working on my car, they had taken the rear passenger side tire off to work on it. I told them that it's the rear driver side tire that needs to be patched and they reassured me that they already worked on that tire and that they know what they're doing. I come home and the tire low pressure light is still on, so I check the pressure and sure enough, the driver side rear tire is STILL low on pressure. So they didn't patch the tire AND they didn't rotate any of the tires, or else the tire with the low pressure would have been moved to the driver side front.

I had two full sets of tires replaced here with no problems in 2022.
Now, in 2024 I took my car in to get a tire replaced and had the worst customer service ever. They would never let me know when the car was ready; I had to repeatedly call.
I'll be going elsewhere in the future. Don't go here thinking you'll get good service. All you'll get is frustration.

I was charged 3 times more for the TPMS replacement compared to the verbal quote. It was more expensive than at a nearby dealership! And more - there is no warranty on sensors whatsoever!

Very bad service I left my car with them for fixing tire leak. They said come back in an hour. After 2 hours when i returned they said all done but didn't know the issue. I found that the issue was still not fixed. I went back to the tire center and reported the issue. Other mechanic said the car was not attended. I had to leave the car again and waiting outside. Very bad service and rude They don't deserve even a single star for the hassle they gave me.

My first time ever shopping at a Costco and I was disappointed. My friends been raving about them for years and because I shop at BJs she's been trying to get me here forever. Today I finally went and let's just say it will most likely be my last visit. The customer service was poor in quality and I'm specifically speaking in regards to Cynthia with the glasses at Customer Service. The prices are high and low. The variety is amazing and you can definitely tell you're not in Boston. High Asian population and it's shows in the food selection. The checkout was okay but it's not until I'm paying that I'm told they do not accept Mastercard unless it's DEBIT. I use my various credit cards for points and cash back. It would have been good to know this before shopping here. Or have it displayed at the counter for newer shoppers like me. The service at the checkout was bland and rushed. I understand they're trying to get lines down all day, so you don't have to make small talk but please handle food better especially at the prices they are. My friend had a conversation with the store management in regards to another employee George who she had an unfavorable experience with. They spent quite some time talking and I can only say my friend seem appeased after the conversation.
