Very horrible service. I left my clothes in the dryer to return for them in 30-minutes. I notice at the door says, LAST WASH AT 4PM/ LAUNDRY CLOSES AT 6PM.
I got to the laundry at exactly 3:58PM, and they had closed. I looked up their phone number on their website, and it was also out of service. They are very unprofessional and I wish they go out of business. I'm really pained that by this disappointment.

Most of the machines are broken so instead of wasting my time I choose the wash and fold. I paid $165 for my items. Come back the next day to pick them up and the store is closed. There’s no number to call. There are supplies to close at 6 and it’s 4:30pm on a Monday. Lady told me my items work be ready today and it’s Monday and no one is around!

Decided to try pickup and delivery service.
$0.01 charged to cc based on payment info provided.
Received 5 text reminders yesterday about my 6-9pm pickup window for tonight.
No one ever showed up.
VERY disappointed.
*** Update*** 8/2
Was told when dropping off laundry the delivery service was something from the prior owner (odd since it was def new on the website)
Dropped off at 345pm and told to come back the next day. Next day time between when got text order started and was finished was well under 2 hours (they close at 6) so not sure why it couldn't have been done the same day
Showed up at 430pm to pick up laundry and it's closed, despite the sign on the door stating closing at 6pm.
Also, the phone number is not in service.
Won't be coming here again!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
i gave them my clothes around 2 pm on a Sunday and they told me that i could pick it up the next day, and that they would text me when its finished. i waited all day to hear from them, then decided to go and check at 4 pm but they were closed. i have no idea why they were closed, no one suggested coming by a certain time and no where does it say they would be closing earlier than their posted closing time. i’m frustrated and have no way to contact them or pick up my clothes another day. i rearranged work just to be able to pick up, now i’m put in a stressful situation and am trying to figure out a way to pick up my clothes

The store closes early without any notice. I came back 2 hours before closing time to get my laundry and the place was locked I couldn't get my laundry back until the next day. And the machine I used didn't work so that my laundry sat damp overnight. Their phone number listed on Google is out of service so no way to call.

Complete rip off... The dryers cost twice as much as my normal place and I obviously didn't know til I'm sitting here with multiple loads of wet laundry... Obligating me to pay their outrageous costs.The staff was unfriendly and stand-offish...Many broken machines.Run down and trashy.Cramped and 4 people is crowded.Don't come here... It is exploitive because the people across the street can't get to anywhere else.

Horrible, they ' loose' ur towels, clothes, leave ur belongings unattented, clothes stolen or missing... dark haired was very rude.and its filthy.. dont bother..

They close before five but have a sign that says closes at 6pm and last wash at 4pm. Just change the sign and save everyone some stress.

Frustrating experience, despite having signs up everywhere and a banner advertising Wash/Fold service, they told me they aren’t doing service and refused my clothes when I walked in. Perhaps a sign on the door would be helpful instead of people carrying bags of clothes inside when you aren’t providing service? I wasn’t coming in with anything out of the ordinary or large items, just regular laundry.

Scheduled a pickup from Laundry Momma. Monday 3-6. Called Tuesday morning when no one made the pickup. The woman who answered spoke to someone in the background and I was told to start the scheduling process over again. When I expressed indignation (said I don't want to have start over)she said ok and hung up. NEVER, EVER going to call them or visit this facility. Even a "I'm sorry that happened" would have made a difference. One star only because it's necessary to get the post up.

The only laundromat I use for YEARS now, I as many others show up 15min to 4pm aka “ last wash “ to be turned away.That’s besides the issue, washers and dryers are constantly not working.I know service hours are cut due to Covid everywhere, but 4pm last wash when it used to close at 8pm doesn’t help most that still have 40hr plus work weeks.Update 6-29-2022The saga continues, show up at 3:50pm to a completely empty laundromat and was told they’re closed. What’s the point of saying last wash 4:00pm
