Dedham Medical Associates is a long-established practice providing primary care for adults and children along with a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. The facility is conveniently and easily accessible directly off Route 135 and I-95. Patients consistently describe the practice as competent and efficient, with very friendly, helpful, and super sweet staff. The environment is noted as clean, easy to navigate, and conducive to relaxation and reassurance. A significant strength is the seamless use of the MyChart system, where all information is reliably kept and easily shared with other clinicians within Atrius Health, avoiding the issues of lost data found elsewhere. Wait times are consistently reported as limited or not long. The medical personnel receive high praise, with patients describing them as exceptional and five-star, providing very good and quality care that enhances and protects physical health. Many patients express deep loyalty, stating they would not consider another entity for their medical care. The main drawbacks mentioned are the lack of an on-site cafeteria or vending machines for a snack and a reliably poor WiFi connection. However, patients feel these are small prices to pay for the overall high standard of care and service received.
The operators on the phone are terrible. They were terrible at the Quincy office, they're terrible here. Get these people retrained. I'm leaving Atrius altogether at this point.

The reception staff, my provider Jackie Pennie and Ramona? all very helpful and efficient. Too bad the facility does not have a cafeteria nor vending machines for a snack. Otherwise, treatment has been very good!
