I can not recommend Giana and the Diamond Guild enough! My fiance and I designed my custom engagement ring together with the help and expertise of Giana. The private appointments make the experience so much more special than a traditional jeweler. Giana was knowledgable, patient, accommodating and never once pressured us into any decisions. She spent numerous hours with us making sure every single detail was perfect! I get endless compliments on my ring and will never go anywhere else for any jewelry need!

Poor customer service once you make the purchase. Treated me like a pest for following up on arrival date of my jewelry, after no communication. Not somewhere I'd recommend to others based on this alone.
