I have sourced various paints and painting related supplies over 12 times the past year and have found both the knowledge and customer service to be truly excellent! I have primarily dealt with Wally the Store Manager and his associate John and both have proven to be highly knowledgeable with the entire range of Benjamin Moore paints and stains. Wally is most polite and courteous and has proven himself over the past year to be a perfect gentleman! John is also very knowledgeable and is a true gentleman! I have complete confidence in dealing with this business in terms of product quality and knowledge along with customer service, thus I give them my highest possible rating!

Stopped in for color swatches. The store was empty 8/24/24 I am guessing due to nice sunny day. Store employee watched me enter. I spent approximately 4-5 minutes picking out swatches. An older Caucasian gentleman walked in. I heard the store employee(middle aged male Caucasian) greet him. As I walked out the employee neglected to ask me if I found what I needed or if I required any assistance. Hmmmm. So much for progress racial discrimination.

Today, I was helped by John- extremely happy- he quickly created an account, while three other times i came here and in canton, people kept saying they created an account but never did. John not only fixed this issue permanently but explained the process clearly. Thanks a lot John!

I have primarily dealt with John and he has proven to be highly knowledgeable with the entire range of Benjamin Moore paints and stains plus he is most polite and a true gentleman! The business owner Wally is also very knowledgeable and is indeed a perfect gentleman! I have complete confidence in dealing with this business in terms of product quality and knowledge along with customer service, thus I give them my highest possible rating!

The guys at the paint Mart were helpful and polite. I was looking for a painter, plasterer and light carpentry. I do not recommend Royal Painting Framingham whose business card I got from Drive in Paint Mart. a closet door fell off the hinges, shelves fell down in the middle of the night, the doors were installed too close to the floor, I paid for work that was in the contract, such as painting two doors, and the work was never done,

I remember two of the guys from national. The taller heavier set gentleman avoid going to him at all costs. He doesn’t belong in customer service. I actually won’t be shopping at drive in because of his attitude from national and drive in. Would rather pay more and get better customer service.
