The young female at the check out desk is horrible! I purchased two pair of boots! I was not greeted with a hello and did you find everything you needed , not a smile or nothing! She had a why are you bothering me look the entire time! If you are not in the mood to work then go home! I have learned over my 49 years of living give people the same energy they give you! She gave me my receipt and said you are all set! I did not get a Thank you for coming and no good night! Guess what, I said absolutely nothing as well! I refuse to come back to this store! Customer service needs a lot of help! Everyone acted as if I was bothering them! We are in some sad times!

Huge huge store, rows and rows of shoes, with 2 employees with one person ringing and the longest line ever! I needed help with something and I was told immediately that this was her 3rd day! I said, that's ok, I'm sure you can answer my question. She did, she figured it out. I reminded her that she had a radio to call for help. Apparently, with some brands, you will only find an empty box. They keep them in the back for "security" reasons. Someone did finally show up but by then I had changed my mind and just wanted to run out because it was 100 degrees in there. Pretty sad how on the busiest shopping day of the week they don't staff with enough employees

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ! I go up to an employee and said "excuse me" and she snapped at me "Yes?" I asked her for the price of some shoes because there was no price and she stormed off to look for the price. She walkied somebody for the price and gave me so much attitude when she said the price.

manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, white tall lady. store is super messy, unorganized. not satisfied at all. will not be going back, very upset.

Used to love coming to this store, but after my past experience, there are definitely other places that are better to go to. Placed an online order over a month ago for in store pickup and never received a single item. Everytime I called and spoke to an associate, I was provided with a different reasoning every time (they were waiting on one shoe). I finally went to the store and wasted 45 minutes of my time to find out they couldn’t locate a single item of my 5 shoe order even though they were allegedly only waiting on one shoe. Will never waste my time or my money with this company ever again. You’re better off shopping at a department store or with an online company. Shoutout to Rose who did try her best to accommodate me.

Helpful service, but not in your face. Great prices. Limited selection of boys dress shoes. Good selection of men's loafers and running shoes and good selection of girls dress shoes, winter boots.

The woman that checked me out - Koitina was her name I think - was so unprofessional. I feel embarrassed for this store and her aggressive behavior. The experience was SO bad that it was both comical and sad because the poor girl probably never learned how to have some respect for other humans. Do better dsw

I visited this store on a Sunday and there was one person checking the customers out at the register. Long wait for no reason. Their efficiency and customer focus was poor.Thank goodness for Robbie because they were the only associate ringing out a line of 7 customers waiting. The woman next to Robbie was working on a task while applying lip gloss looking at the line like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t care.Not worth the wait or visit.
