The customer service at the Milton St, Dedham location is top! They are phenomenal, Kevin and Brendan, waited for me to pick up my rental 5 minutes after closing hours. The car was clean, and it was an easy return. My family has made this our official rental location.

I would like to give a HUGEEEE thank you this location. You guys are awesome! Kevin, David, Nick N, Nick W, Josiah and Sony. Give them a raise for awesome customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. From the beginning, the workers were extremely helpful. They assisted with coordinating a smooth pickup from the auto shop my car was being prepared at to the enterprise office. The gentleman who picked my family and I up was very patient and kind. The rental process was smooth and thorough. I had a personal hick-up on my own end where I forgot my debit card the team was extremely accommodating with me leaving and coming back to rent right before they closed. Fast forward, a few days into my rental, I had to contact the store to exchange cars due to an oil change being needed (it happens with cars no biggie) David was extremely accommodating with swapping out the car. Dropping off the car was quick and convenient. Would definitely be using this location in the future.

They upsell you their cars, if you’re looking for a moderate modest compact car good luck finding one. They purposely don’t have them so they can push you into getting a more expensive car rental. They think that people are stupid and they most especially try and get as much money out of you if they know you’ve been in a collision and you need wheels so they feel as though they got you by the balls…

I can't begin to say enough about how wonderful my partner and I were treated at this office location. After a horrible experience at another rental car agency, we were put in touch with this office, and the staff and management went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a bad day better. Kudos to manager, Kevin Baker, who IMMEDIATELY made our issue his own. He took personal responsibility while putting our mind at ease, He took care of us above and beyond with his professionalism and genuine concern. Also noting and not forgetting Nick, David, and Julie. After managing hotels and restaurants for the majority of my 40 year career, I know how important it is to recognize outstanding individuals who go above and beyond to not only meet but exceeded client expectations. Rest assured when we are in the Boston area, we will be using this location for all of our car rental needs. I highly recommend anyone use this office you will not be disappointed.

every time I rent a car through Enterprise I am never disappointed; the cars are always clean and in good mechanical shape! The staff at the Dedham location are amazing, the guys and girls there are always available and extremely nice and helpful

Dealt with 3 or 4 employees during the course of a 3 week insurance rental. Nick, Steve and staff were all excellent. professional, and competent. My insurance company was overwhelmed and initially slow in getting back to me. I needed an immediate rental and they offered me a very competitive rate. They took the initiative to get approval from my company which then brought the rate down within the limits of my coverage. The onsite staff were friendly and professional at both pickup and drop off and worked to extend the initial rental twice. Great communication throughout and after the rental. I am often in this area and have been using another major car rental in a nearby hotel. The customer service here was so far superior. I will be back whenever I am in need of a rental. Also, the vehicle itself was excellent and spotless.
