I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.

I rented a unit at Extra Space storage for almost 5 years. It was bittersweet moving out. My property was safe, the space was clean. There wasn’t a rodent or mold issue, which I’ve heard other places have. I definitely would recommend Extra Space storage, especially the Dedham MA location.

This was my first-time experience at using the Extra Storage. Tim and Jim were very professional, spent time explaining to me my options, etc.

The gentleman operating the location at 171 Milton St in Dedham named Tim, has the worst customer service I have seen. He can be great when you are renting the unit, but no so much when issues arise. I am therfore taking my business elsewhere towards the end of the month. It's such a shame that you will lose at least 3 customers due to this. As I am also having my friends move out as well.. Enjoy your Empty Extra Space...
