First time using this mechanic and I was beyond impressed. As a young woman, I’ve experienced some mechanics being patronizing or condescending while servicing my car. Rob was a professional gentleman, answering my questions and taking the time to thoughtfully inform me about best practices with my car. He even went the next mile and unexpectedly replaced a missing tire cover for me. Very thorough and thoughtful service. I will be returning for all of my mechanic needs!
