I went into the office because the customer service help line wasn’t at all helpful. I met Mara in the office and she was outstanding, she listened to the problem and got me in contact with a real person. That person managed to get me in contact with Nate at the Billerica office. He was again fantastic customer service at its best. Thanks everyone for the support

Went in to scan waited in line told had to wait in another line ran out of paper had to wait for customers behind me to get paper then someone else’s document printed on my card and could not get service to print. Rude and bad service such a dis appointment

Mara provided me excellent customer service and was very helpful when I needed to ask her questions. When had to use the computer to check my email and print, the system was giving me trouble. Mara was nice enough to add funds for me so I wouldn't be getting charged. She is very pleasant and offers awesome customer service. it always positive vibes when i go there to use the computers.

I called the store and asked if I could have an important fax sent there, They said yes. I had the fax sent there. I called to ask when I could pick it up and they said they don't accept faxes. With further questioning they then stated that they DO accept faxes but mine wasn't there. I'm doing this for a medical reason and this is an awful lot of running around and mixed messages when I'm not feeling well. Also puts stress on the doctor's office. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful and I wish I could give a glowing review for their efforts- but this is a lot of running around and confusion.

After wasting more than 30 minutes, struggling at CVS with their archaic computer only to find out, from the one employee working there, that they can't print anything but photos I made my way over to FedEx. Here the employees greeted me and helped me quickly. They were competent and expedient. I will definitely be back. Oh and it took all of 5 minutes!

I go to school he Dedham Ma facility ! The people have been great! Yet I have a business where I ship with Fed Ex, and I have lost money because of broke items! The driver threw an item my customer said yet I was not reimbursed. I paid to have it wrapped and shipped still lost thousands of dollars.!!! So I don't know it it's worth using them!

from all the times I have been there it was great. No complaints and hey one of the workers here speak Spanish so if you don’t know how to speak English then yeah.
