Very helpful and knowledgeable in the mortgage process. Met with my wife and I to discuss next steps and suggestions on how to move forward. Would recommend for a first mortgage.

My husband and I felt confident in knowing that we had First Mortgage Trust on our side in applying for a mortgage on our new home. Bob & Pat always made us feel like a priority. We would highly recommend First Mortgage Trust for their excellent communication, knowledge, and most importantly, the trust we had in them for steering us in the right direction. For that, we now have a house we can call home.

First Mortgage Trust was instrumental in getting my wife and I our first mortgage. Bob was great. He took the time to go over and explain the mountains of paperwork that laid before us. When interest rates went down, Bob made sure we knew about it and helped us refinance, saving a good amount of money each month in payments.
