Supervisor in charge early evening today was rude. I was trying to explain something & she cut me off, spoke over me, to shut me up. Would expect this from staff but not from an employee with a managerial position. Cashier was nice. Glad I can place orders online to avoid this place.

Stopped into the Gap to grab a quick blouse. I was greeted by the manager Suzanne, who was friendly and really just had the best positive vibe. I am relocating to the area for a new job and she helped me quite a bit. Loved her energy. I hadn’t shopped at the GAP in years but will definitely return.

Could not return my online order here today, an associate at the register told me that the only way to return a Gap Factory order is to mail it back. Which is not true, this store was listed on the official website as the location that accepts online returns. Wasted time and gas, this store lost my business.

Awesome masks for kids here, priced just right (3 in a pack). Covid compliant shopping experience! The sales associate named May was so helpful and so pleasant as she assisted me with my shopping for the baby clothes( which are beautiful!!), while maintaining social distance. She was fast and efficient. I will definitely send my friends and family here.

Wow, talk about a great experience. It’s obvious to me that the staff and managers here are well trained and care about their customers. I will continue to frequent this location over any other for that reason. These are weird times we are living in. To be honest I chose to order for pick up not necessarily due to pandemic fears but for convenience. So when I went to the store and it turned out they didn’t have my purchase I was not bothered for a second. To be honest I can’t imagine how people let little things like apparel shopping snafus bother them at all but that’s beside the point. The woman helping me (I feel so guilty that I cannot remember her name - I generally suck at names) was wildly concerned running all over checking in stock items and eventually apologized and presented me with other options. She has secured my item at another location and ended up personally retrieving the item from another store and brining it back to Legacy for me to pick up at a different date. When I got to the store a couple of days later she (and other staff) immediately recognized me and sent me out of there in no time with well wishes and a nice bonus!!! Retail is hard, especially now, and I commend them. Thank You!
