I don not know about other locations but this place is great. Right next door to auto shop where I had my car repaired. The guy who checked me and was also there when I returned the car was polite, knowledgeable, and just nice. Car was clean and was a 2025.

Want a great experience and friendly staff? This is my go-to location. I will drive 25+ miles if this is not my pick-up location. lol Teddy, Angel, and his staff are nothing but above and beyond service given. (2025 Chevy Equinox) one of the best SUVs I have driven.

Crap service. I need to change the details on a rental in progress and I've spent the last 40 minutes trying to get through to a local office.... Was finally able to get someone who said they can't help me and hung up.

I have rented various times from this location. It is a small local hertz, so as to be expected the selection is limited. I have always receive great service by their courteous staff, and cars in good condition. It’s also hassle free to rent and return.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because of how amazing Teddy and his team are at this location. Teddy was able to get me a vehicle at the last minute and was fantastic throughout the entire process. The vehicle was spotless and felt brand new. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I recently rented a car from Hertz and had an exceptional experience thanks to Devron, Manager Associate 1. From the moment I arrived to pick up the car, Devron was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my rental process was smooth and hassle-free.
Devron's customer service is truly on another level. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the rental details, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before sending me on my way. His warm and personable demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure.
I was incredibly impressed by Devron's professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service. He is a true asset to the Hertz team and is a prime example of how exceptional customer service can turn a routine rental into a memorable one.
I highly recommend Hertz Car Rental, and if you have the chance to work with Devron, consider yourself lucky. His customer service skills are truly outstanding.

From the moment I walked in Teddy Woods greeted me with a warm smile. He was ultra professional and got me checked out quickly . He is truly an asset to the Hertz Organization. I have been a long time President’s Circle member and value the care I have received from teddy . The car exceeded my expectations too and drop off was easy as well . I highly recommend this location to anyone in area . Thank you for the 5 star experience.

I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the rental. I called when I returned home and they confirmed they found it. I appreciate their willingness to work with me on the return.

Got the job done. But the attitude of most of the employees, although not rude, give off the impression they don't want to be there. Twice I called to extend the time frame and got the same person; again although not blatantly rude, by the tone of voice there was attitude and I wouldn't be surprised if she was rolling her eyes the entire time.

Booked a month in advance for a managers special compact vehicle or larger. Nowhere in the reservation did it mention the chance of an electric vehicle, which is a completely SEPARATE reservation class. Went to pick up the vehicle and both employees are on their phone. Horrible customer service, employee completely unhelpful. Was told the only thing I can drive off with is an electric vehicle. If I wanted electric, I would’ve booked electric. I’m driving 4 hours away, don’t want to deal with an EV. Then when I asked for a refund because that’s not what I booked, was told to call this number and that was that. No help, no concern, and absolutely no customer service skills. I’ve had McDonald’s employees with friendlier attitudes. Still haven’t received a refund confirmation email after calling. Do not go to this location. The reviews aren’t lies, they’re true.

Terrible Experience - No Cars Available and Poor Service. Extremely frustrating experience at Hertz Dedham. I had reserved a car well in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they had no vehicles available for car type I had booked, the only option they gave me was a smaller car, this is the second time this has happened here to me at this location.
