Having a pedicure at Keldara is a special treat indeed. All the nail techs I have seen are fabulous. Had a pedi this week with a new tech, Tessa. She did a fabulous job and highly recommend her.

Had my hair cut and blow dried on Sunday with Allison Russo. She did an amazing job. Thrilled with the cut and the prices are also great here. Will be back for sure. Thanks!

Ist time client and Corinne taught me a lot! The receptionist was professional and so very helpful. Highly recommend the salon, you won't be disappointed. Im already booked for an October appt !

Out of everything my first experience brought me walking into Keldara to inquire about their services, Annie was the best of all. The Ambiance is warm and elegant, the services are wide and welcoming with what sounds like a staff of many skilled technicians. I had even gotten the pleasure of meeting the owners Jeanne, her husband and Eileen, all of which felt like old friends for the first time. But Annie was so sweet and engaging, and shared such a plethora of key and great information with a smile answering all my questions that I found it hard to leave though I had not had one service that day but just to inquire. I look forward to a wonderful relationship and many five star experiences at this new find Keldara.

I go here for my hair needs, but this week's visit was truly nice. Ashlynn made me feel well taken care of by spending a few extra minutes at the end to get some of my curls to behave. It was really wonderful to feel a little pampered.

Keldara is a great salon I’m a male and get my haircuts with Louis he is such a friendly guy as is everyone I see there around me. Service is scheduled and that is the greatest to get there and immediately get to my cut. Louis is a skilled barber and uses scissors as well as does woman’s hair and provides a quality service. Been going here due to the consistent great cuts and service. My mom recommended this place to me years ago and I stopped going to random barber shops all the time when I found this friendly soothing atmosphere of an establishment. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you

They cancelled my appointment on me. I got there 10 minutes early for the 9am appointment I booked online and they told me they could not take me. This was my go to salon for years but I will never come back.
Edited to add: at no point in time did I ever cancel my appointment. If the appointment was cancelled, it was 100% on Keldara's end. Why would I cancel moments after booking and then show up? That is NOT what happened. It is shocking that you would go as far as to lie in your response to my review.
It is also shocking that your manager reached out NOT to make this right and offer to reschedule my appointment but to ask me to remove my review!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! This is an honest reflection of my experience and I will not take it down ESPECIALLY since Keldara has done NOTHING to make this right and EVERYTHING to shirk responsibility for their own scheduling failure.

I had a gift card and wanted to get a Keratin Express treatment. Keldara doesn't offer that service, instead they have a Cezanne Express. Before booking, I did a quick Google search and found that it was supposed to comparable. One thing not mentioned in top few results is that this is chemical free.
My stylist was friendly and kept reassuring me this chemical-free treatment would be just as good. While sitting there waiting for this $180 herbal mousse to do something, I ended up ordering a chemical relaxer on Amazon.
At the end, my stylist offered to add more product to tame the frizz - that was a first in all my years getting these type of treatments. I left with frizzy, sticky hair, it was a complete waste of time.
I'm all for avoiding harsh chemicals, but a completely chemical-free relaxer is just a gimmick. Some chemicals are required because that's what makes these treatments actually work.
Just a heads-up for anyone expecting actual results from a Cezanne Express.

I got my haircut from Zach and absolutely love the result! He was so kind and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. Definitely recommend him!

I just got the best haircut ever from Zach! He’s so nice and sweet and he listened exactly to what I wanted. He also helped me figure out what was best for my hair. We laughed and talked a lot and I really enjoyed getting my hair cut by him!
Definitely recommend!!!
