Beautiful store! Very clean, easy to see all pieces of jewelry on display! Associates were very friendly and helpful! They hosted a fundraiser event called #Bravelikeblake for my cousins daughter who is 5 years old with cancer. I got my 2 year old daughter got a hot pink crossbody bag that is sturdy and cute plus a % went towards the fundraiser. Highly recommend for birthday gifts, thank you gifts, holiday gifts or a treat for yourself!

Absolutely amazing customer service by Reagan . I had a situation and she took the time to take care of it for me. The jewelery is beautiful i will definetely be returning to see her for more purchases.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bracelet and necklace that I purchased as Christmas gifts. The actual products did not look like the pictures in the advertisement; much smaller. I was not happy giving these two gifts.

I had the worst experience with the sales person at Dedham Legacy place store. She was not polite and did not care to do things correctly. I paid extra for getting the gift wrapped & card written. She wrote twice and was making mistakes with spelling & errors. There was no apology on her part.

I’d been looking for the perfect band to complement my engagement ring for my upcoming wedding and was having such a hard time… we even bought and returned several bands online because they didn’t fit with my setting. I randomly went in here and the two guys I talked to were so helpful; they matched me with the most perfect band within minutes! I can’t believe that I’d gone to Newbury St and tried dozens of rings for over $1k with no luck, then I walked in here and they found me the perfect match in solid gold with diamond accents for only $325. My experience here was exceptional. I wish I knew the guys’ names! Thank you so much!

Cute jewelry, but extremely inefficient customer service. I came in to purchase a bracelet that I wanted forever. However I ended up spending almost an hour waiting for the sales to find the price tag of that bracelet! When I first came the first lady greeted me and said she would find the bracelet for me but then she turned to another customer. Then I got referred to another sales. I mentioned I wanted to take a look at a necklace as well. She showed me the charms for different states and I wanted the one for California. Then ten minutes later she told me they wouldn’t have it because it’s out of state! Then why would you show me something that’s not in stock? I was then looking at something else and pointed out exactly which one I wanted, but she instead recommended and brought another completely different necklace to me. Every time she said she would go in their inventory and find what I wanted she ended up getting me something else. I found this whole experience very confusing. I’d say if you don’t have the whole afternoon to just sit there and wait for someone getting you the one jewelry that you don’t need, avoid going to this place. I understated if they are reorganizing the whole store but the organization of inventories and products can definitely be more efficient.
