Both Brien and Jennifer did such a wonderful job with my new prescriptions. I am greatful for the customer service and help that I received. Definitely will be back to this location.

I got new lenses in old frames and Jennifer at Lens Crafters in Dedham, Mass. she walked me through the process and listened to my concerns. I am beyond thrilled with my new lenses. They are light and fit beautifully and I can see. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend Lens Crafters.

Went to the Dedham location for a pair of glasses on March 9. Jennifer received me. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledge. She let me try all the glasses I had an interest and gave me very good recommendations. At the end, I ordered 2 pairs, haha...
