I’ve had phenomenal customer service from Lululemon in the past but unfortunately today, this particular location was extremely unhelpful. I had purchased a pair of joggers online (they were on sale, but stated “eligible to return for credit” as I’m in their membership program) and they arrived damaged with a noticeable pull and the fabric starting to unravel on the front leg. I brought them into the store to either exchange or to get a store credit (didn’t even ask for a refund despite the product arriving damaged.) I had only received these earlier in the week, so well within 30 days of purchase - they were unworn, tags still attached and packing slip/proof of purchase available and they refused to offer a store credit. There were currently no other colors in my size that I wanted, or didn’t already have, and was told I could only pick out a different color & would then have to pay the difference because the color I ordered was now out of stock. I think that it’s ridiculous to be denied a store credit for an item that was sent to me damaged and then pressured into picking out another color at full price.
I won’t be returning to this location.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Lululemon store at Legacy Place!
The moment I stepped in, I was wrapped in warmth, kindness, and good energy. Angela and the rest of the young ladies had me absolutely in awe—their customer service was top-tier.
They weren’t just helpful, they were sweet, attentive, and glowing with good vibes. You could feel their energy the second you walked in vibrant, welcoming, and so real. It’s rare to feel both seen and celebrated while shopping!

Staff in the shop are so rude, One girl I think her name is Katie was so rude and unprofessional, I always shop at Lululemon and today I decided to go to the one in Dedham and the staff are so unprofessional especially the girl in the pink/ Katie, I ask her to go into a bigger fitting with my daughter and she said no and I said that I been doing this for a long time and she said that you can just leave your stuff and I left and I will not be shopping there anymore.

I went and purchased 2 pants and 2 shirts washed them and put them in the dryer as recommended on there website under this specific pants. The glue came off where it was glued on I went into the store and the store manager a older woman with black hair said to me you should not put them in the dryer as stated on our Material and care. So I went online and it tells me yes dryer tumble dry low they still would not return them after 2 days and she was not even telling the truth about her products and how to take care of them. Great job lululemon on a bad product and even a worse hire at your store

Don’t even waste your time coming to this location especially if you’re a person of color.
I came here with my dad today to purchase a Define Jacket. The guy that was helping me and my dad was nice at first, but I started to pick up on some passive aggressiveness from him. My dad asked if they do discounts for first responders and he said yes and the guy ( I assume he was a manager ) said he’s going to give us the discount this one time but my dad is only allowed to use it for himself?? I didn’t understand what the difference was if my dad was the one that purchased the item with his credit card that matches his work id? I thought that was stupid. After that had happened he held us up saying “Let me make sure that went through” (My dads credit card). I thought the whole interaction by then was extremely weird. I truly believe me and my dad were treated differently simply because the color of our skin.

The rudest employees I’ve ever interacted with. For a higher end athletic store you’d expect more. I went in for a legging repair (which ive done before at this location with no trouble) and had rude and unnecessary remarks made.

This has always been my favorite Lulu location and I had a wonderful experience on the 4th of July! I was greeted by 2 very friendly, helpful employees and the woman who helped me at the register was fantastic - I wish I got her name! I work in Healthcare and I was coming from work in my scrubs. Noticing my scrubs, she immediately offered me the Healthcare worker discount. I had spilled sunscreen on my lulu purse and when I asked her about cleaning she gave my a pro trip about using baby wipes. She went above and beyond by taking in the back, showing me the brand of baby wipes, and even offering me one to clean my purse off with - and it worked! Thank you and I couldn't recommend this location more!

As a frequent buyer of Lululemon clothing I have been to many Lululemon locations this by far was my worst experience. For the price I am paying i’d expect polite, professional, friendly customer service. Instead I was met with rude employees at this establishment. Never once have I had a problem at any location until this Sunday. A few other customers and I waited in line for over 5 minutes with no register in sight and when they realized no one was on register the young girl that helped me was incredibly rude. Not pleased at all with this location.

This is the worst Lululemon store! The store associate showed a complete lack of willingness to address my concerns. Their dismissive attitude and lack of assistance greatly detracted from my shopping experience. This level of customer service falls far below expectations and is deeply disappointing.

Attitude alert. This was my first Lulu Lemon purchase, not a great taste in my mouth. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to return a set of leggings for my fiancé that didn't fit, I was met with a rude employee trying to tell me they can't refund it due to an online purchase with paypal.... She needed a credit card, after I tried to explain its linked to my bank account she INSISTED paypal requires payment with credit card and I am wrong. PLEASE educate your employees on how paypal works and the return process for online purchases. I now wasted an hour + of my life driving to this store, just to have to do an online return. I was going to buy a different set / size, but honestly not sure now. I expected more from a company that sells $120+ leggings.

The staff here is lazy and don't provide you customer service you think you'd get. They constantly do not greet you and can care less that you are there. I've been in retail and that's not how I ever treated customers that walked into my store.
