Attitude alert. This was my first Lulu Lemon purchase, not a great taste in my mouth. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to return a set of leggings for my fiancé that didn't fit, I was met with a rude employee trying to tell me they can't refund it due to an online purchase with paypal.... She needed a credit card, after I tried to explain its linked to my bank account she INSISTED paypal requires payment with credit card and I am wrong. PLEASE educate your employees on how paypal works and the return process for online purchases. I now wasted an hour + of my life driving to this store, just to have to do an online return. I was going to buy a different set / size, but honestly not sure now. I expected more from a company that sells $120+ leggings.

The staff here is lazy and don't provide you customer service you think you'd get. They constantly do not greet you and can care less that you are there. I've been in retail and that's not how I ever treated customers that walked into my store.

I showed up at 7:54pm (store closes at 8) to do a quick size exchange. Even though customers were still in there, a woman working there turned me away saying they had to close early for an employee event. Really unfortunate and poor customer experience. Even after I explained I just wanted to do a quick exchange, she still couldn't be bothered and I felt very rudely treated. I had called as well as been in that area that morning and did not see any sign or message that they were closing early, or wouldn't have wasted my time.

Great store. Staff super helpful. Nice wide range of men's pant sizes. Love their ABC slim trousers. Excellent bag selection here as well.

DO NOT COME HERE! Go to any other location. Here you will be “greeted” by a young lady with eyelash extensions and a stank attitude. They are also very unfair with the quality promise. $100 leggings that are WELL taken care of should not be pilling after a few months!!! The woman at the counter said that they would not take it. I feel robbed.

I had a bunch of items to try on. When going to the fitting room, I said to the girl “good morning” and she replied “THE name”. Not even a “YOUR name”. I didn’t bother to buy anything there and ordered online instead.

lululemon new member benefits policy is very confusing, and the result is different for everyone who goes. My friend can return all hers we made too much items, but I can't. I feel like be treated differently.

I made purchases; did exchanges, & ordered online at the register items that were unavailable in the store. Items will be shipped to my home free. I was greeted and offered help on the floor with merchandise, and then Jasmine() at the register was friendly, pleasant, knew her merch, savvy with the exchanges, gave great advice and helped me find & order online! She was amazing! Great shopping experience!!!!!

This is my first time buying from lululemon and their customer service makes me never want to buy from them ever again. I bought some things online on 2/15 and received my items on 2/21 and went to return one item on 3/10 at this Dedham store. The educator there said I missed the return window and I asked isn't it 30 days, but she said I just passed it and would only be able to get store credit back. I thought that maybe I was wrong and didn't argue with her and also didn't want to hold up the line so I agreed to get the store credit. I didn't think much of it until a week later when they sent me a survey of how my experience was at the store. I actually checked and counted the days and read the lululemon return policy, which said the return window is 30 days from the delivery date. Whether it was the order date or the delivery date, I was not over 30 days when I went to return my item. I feel like I was lied to by that educator and she just didn't want to honor my return even though she could. Then the "guest education centre" and the manager contacted me to see what they could do, but in the end they said they can't do anything, so what's the point of even contacting me to see if they could do anything?? I'm giving two stars because it was my fault for being too nice for not wanting to hold up the line and should have counted number of days at the register and looked up their return policy and made everyone wait.

Love the brand. This store closes consistently 30 minutes to an hour before posted hours. If was the owner I'd fire every lazy staff member trying to leave early. This is not how money is made. Shutting doors on customers is bad business.
